There is nothing to dislike about this knife. The handle is comfortable and has a nice feel and grip. I feel confident using this knife. It’s extremely sharp and cuts with ease. Way sharper than I expected for a knife in this price range. I’m very happy with this purchase and would buy again if this one ever fails but I doubt that will happen.

Solid knife for the price. Owned for over a year and aside from a few minor chips, its held up. Used it for cutting ribs, trimming, and lots more. Don't expect anything fancy or super durable but its definitely worth the money I paid.

This is a great knife for the butcher or meat-cutting industry. Any butcher or meat cutter will know about this product very well. A light handle and great grip even under wet conditions. Can be used to break meat, fillet fish, and even good for kitchen use.

I use knives all day cutting meat and Swiss army is what I use. For a mid range price, they hold there edge better than knives three times as expensive. There are four knives in my set and they are all now vics.

Awesome knife. Cuts tuna very well.
