Wouldn't buy again
The card creases when folded so you don't get a proper cone shape and the glue for the pom poms didn't hold them on. The elastic was fine for a child's head but tight for an adult. It passed some time for crafting but a young child couldn't put the card through the slot or do the elastic. I wouldn't buy again.

Cheap rubbish at a high price
Overpriced Chinese rubbish. Hats are far too small. Difficult to put together without tearing card. Had to use lots of cello tape as I needed something for a Zoom birthday party urgently. Worst thing I have ever purchased from Amazon. AVOID.

Not suitable size for adults
Fiddle to assemble. Size not appropriate for adults, length of elastic especially. Selected as advertised for adults. Had to join the elastic and use two - just as well we only needed a couple to make a birthday video with. Much smaller than expected. Fine for kiddiwinks.

Very disappointed got the impression they are assembled but not!
I have arthritis and bought these for my dogs as tge dogs hats were too small. These were not assembled like it gave the impression plus they are too small too so will probably return

tiny and cheap
opened the parcel but didn't like the size and the string at all. thought it's quite dangerous to have such thing around toddler's head, didn't use it. waste of money.

Not fit for purpose
These hats are described as fit for adults and children. They are so tiny that they look ridiculous on kids never mind adults. The elastic is so tight that it is also impossible to wear them.They are not sold on the basis that you have to actually make them up yourselves which is virtually impossible and, after trying to "build" one hat for ten minutes, I gave up and we had the party with no hats.Do not buy!
