2 X St Joseph Statue Home Seller Faith Saint House 3.5 Inch Figurine New

I am a real estate broker and years ago one of my realtors mentioned the St Joseph statue legend to help her sell a property that was long time in the market with no showings. Once she did bury him in the front of the house, days later she started getting a lot of showing requests and finally sold the house. Few weeks ago, while talking to my business partner, the St Joseph story came up and we decided give him a try. We buried St Joseph statue in the ground vertically and upside down (head first in the hole). For the last few days I have had showing requests and getting offers. I have my faith in God and St Joseph to help us close smooth and productive transactions. Highly recommended!

I am a landlord and have purchased St. Joseph for my properties. Although he is for selling, it works for renting as well. One of the rentals just became empty and I had not buried St. Joseph there. I put him in a pot on the balcony of the second floor, 4 days later the property rented for 2 times what it had been renting for. I gave one to my neighbor trying to sell her business. We bought and buried the statue in our yard to sell our home.Bury upside down and facing towards the direction of where you want to move.We then listed our home for sale by ourselves on Zillow. We had a full price offer in 4 days.Unburied and took it with us! Good luck.
