cutting tip
Replaced the handle on my plasma cutter with this one. It works much better than the oem handle. Has a better ground. Will cut 3/16 steel very easy now as it should.

Worked great.
Worked great easy installation, & cuts 1/4" steal plate nicely. I think it will cut 3/8" with out a problem. parts you need for it on amazon nice

Great option for an AG-60!
I got this torch to try to salvage a Chinese 3-in-1 machine that came with a PT-31 plasma cutter torch. The PT-31 burns through consumables and I couldn't find any standoffs that I could use to run non-contact cuts. I swapped the PT-31 out... I soldered on female blade terminals to the cable that let me use the blade terminals on this AG-60's switch. The torch cut GREAT thruough 14 gauge stainless. Probably about 1/16" kerf with almost no dross. Now I can get good, cheap, and non-contact consumables! (My torch does NOT have pilot arc; but the arc will start just fine with a close standoff.)

Good replacement for cheap Chinese cutting machine!
That cut or c312. It's a 3 in 1 Tig,stick and plasma cutter in one small unit.I bought this replacement torch because the original torch did not start right or even maintain an arc at all really. Even with hours of testing ,mods ....ect, I could not get a decent cut. Waste of my time !This replacement torch simple to replace. Same fitting. I had to solder the two switch wires and mechanically bonded with the wires in hose.It works awesome! And really does not go through consumables too fast. Great for the cost!!Basically use this torch to replace the crappy torch on Chinese machine.

Flimsy trigger
I purchased this to replace the cheap o one that came with my cut 50. I will say it is a nicer torch. Consumables are cheap. Only thing I did not like was the trigger was very soft. The spring action of the switch is very weak. It does work but make another wise very sturdy replacement feel somewhat cheap.

Quality replacement in Kickinghorse P40 plasma cutter
This product appears to be a universal fit-in for small plasma cutters (40A,220V). Recommend you have one on hand to help you finish a project. At this price it is normal to be careful not to drop, bang or otherwise mis-treat this torch. Respect its limitations and happy cutting!
