Hello, Can someone suggest which mobile company to use and this should be a contract Pay as you go? We tried ID mobile as a 12-month contract but after all, they do not know these watches and the sim card did not work. I tried the EE sim card-only deal, but it did not work. Which mobile company to use? The instructions do not provide any suggestions.

Bought for my 9 yr old. He did want a phone but having heard about scary incidents and bullying which gives on through certain apps available on smartphones I just needed something simple and effective for him to be able to contact me if needed.It's a great watch, easy to use, has easy to add contacts, games and other features.He absolutely loves it! He feels like James Bond/mission impossible, and loves to give me a quick call as soon as he's finished school.Battery life is amazing and lasts 4 days or more so far. It's waterproof so he doesn't even take it off when he's in the bath!I would highly recommend.Simple and easy to use and does the job perfectly.

This is an overall good watch with some good features for speed dialing mom and dad. It would have been nice if it came with wifi

Watch worked fine for 3 months and then stopped recognising SIM card so can’t be used. Have checked SIM card in another device and it’s fine. I cannot find a way to contact the seller. Every link I click takes me to the Amazon bot which eventually tells me I need to contact the seller as it’s been more than 30 days but I can’t find a way to do so.

Bought this for my 6 year old son who loves it, really easy to set up and my son was swiping through the screens in no time.Battery life seems good and the SIM card was and voice calling works ok for a watch, value for money and a great product

The watch is not working with other sim cards than UK ones.i tried it with a Romanian sim card and it doesn t get signal , when I switch it to an UK one it worked.I amGoing to return it as I want to use it in other countries also for my child.

We got another smart watch before this, but then it needed app to setup and was complicated for the kids. This watch is perfect, I bought it for my 5 years and 8 years old kids and both love it.It is very easy to setup and use, touch screen work perfectly.kids take photo and keep them as their wallpaper. Really satisfied with this purchase.

Good product, it helps a lot my son how to see the time!Water resistance works, he used during shower, swimming classes and no issue.Battery is good, only after one week we charge it again, but it depends if you take many photos, or play the games.Touch screen very good and easy to navigate on the functions.My son really enjoyed!

Ich habe dise Uhr für meine Tochter bestellt, die funktionieren einwandfrei, sehr gut bearbeitet, Akku helt bis 3 Tage lang, die Farbe auch sehr hübsch, macht alles was da versprochen. Meine Tochter sehr zufrieden und ich auch, weil ich kann sie jederzeit erreichen. Wir haben dise Uhr seit fast 1 jahr und alles funktioniert Top!!!

Mein Neffe wollte unbedingt eine Smartwatch wie ich besitzen. Da ich ihm aber keine teure namenhafte Uhr bestellen wollte, habe ich nach einer günstigen Alternative gesucht.Schön an dieser Uhr ist, dass nun Mama und Papa meinen Neffen über die Smartwatch informieren können, wenn sie z.B. mal 5 min später an der Schule sind. In dieser Zeit kann er sich gut mit den Spielen auf der Uhr beschäftigen.Auch schön ist der integrierte Wecker. Mama oder auch er selbst stellt nun einen Wecker, damit er beim Spielen draußen auch nicht vergisst rechtzeitig wieder Zuhause zu sein.Sowohl mein Neffe, als auch seine Eltern mögen diese Uhr. Daher für mich definitiv kein Fehlkauf.

Gave it to my son at Xmas, stopped working in April. One day just wouldn’t load anymore, the charging cable inside the watch came off. No possibility to return. Not worth the money, won’t recommend.
