An impressive setting with character traits, skills, artifacts and NPCs to put you into a world of magic and tales of wonder. If you've ever wanted to explore beyond the Looking Glass, or visit with Humpty Dumpty tending bar at a local tavern, this is for you. A great addition to the Cypher System game mechanic. Highly recommended.

No Thank You Evil! Upgraded for adults
When this pandemic is over I really want to run a game of this. The Heartwood setting has a lot of potential. Cypher system is a really quick to learn but still subtle game system to use with meaningful choices and this book has tons of potential. A changeling the dreaming game could be fun with this.Highly recommend checking out Charles Vess for artwork and his scottish ballads comic for ideas to use with this setting. It would be super easy to use this book with the Strange. Shanna has really outdone herself here.
