Fits great. The inside of the hat has an elastic band for multiple head sizes.

This was better quality than I expected for the price point. It has elastic around the inside to keep the hat on snugly. I wouldn't need it myself, as it's a bit tight on me, but my daughter is using it in her Halloween costume so that was a helpful feature. Otherwise it would be a little too big for her (she's 13).The color is a nice medium coppery brown. Not quite chocolate brown but not tan, either. It will work well for our needs. I definitely recommend it!

My daughter needed this for a steampunk look for a costume and this was perfect. She added a scarf to the band to dress it up a bit. She was very please with the result.

It is too small for me, other than that, I wish it fit me it's surprisingly well made and lovely fir the price,but I have a xx large head it looks like a party favor on me other than that it would be perfect.A guestion ,if outer hat band were removed could it be stretched without ruining the hat ?

We use this hate and add goggles, chains and other steampunk features and it works perfect. Its very sturdy.

If you are on a budget, you will not go wrong with this item. This is more than what I expected for the price. This hat is well made and does not look inferior when compared to other recognized brands.
