Five stars are not enough!
I have a software development background, I've been the point person for a couple of enterprise help desks, and I currently have a couple of newly distributed cross disciplinary teams under my care. We have some code we maintain, some business processes we need a better handle on, and improving customer service from our current email/chat/did anyone fix that methods would be a huge win.I have sent the link for this book to an organizational development psychologist, a business process creator/owner, a systems administrator, and we have a couple career changers who I know are going to love getting insight into why we do things a certain way.So this is a very strong recommend from me.

Practical book with good relevant lessons learned from marketing
This is definitely practical. It explains the underlying concepts sufficiently, and spends ample time with examples and best practices from marketing. I've applied Agile practices with our marketing team for some time, and this book both confirmed our direction, as well as provided new thoughts and advices.

This book is a phenomenal resource for anyone interested in running a better process for their marketing team. Agile is a buzzword, and in this book, Bill moves beyond the jargon to provide practical, helpful guidance that can be implemented by any marketing leader. Whether you're already using Scrum or want to get started, this book is a must-read. Highly recommended.

Great book for the "how-to" of Agile Marketing
I bought this book because I read several that only mention the "why" of Agile marketing transformation and I needed a practical on "how-to implement" love it. Bill Cushard hit the nail on the head with this for me.Thank you!

A practical & incredibly useful guide for building marketing initiatives with technology to scale
"I urge you to start. Just start." My favorite quote from the book.Companies, people and teams put off actions because the idea of creating, managing and following through on a project is too overwhelming.Bill's book is practical, gives real-life lessons learned, offers platform and technology advice on how to manage projects and pitfalls to avoid. I argue the agile scrum approach he shares around marketing projects is also relevant to customer success. Many CS teams want to be somewhere, know they don't have a solid approach to success or how to manage their steps but with a useful guide and baby steps, any team can attain their goals. I was certified as a Scrum master exactly 18 years ago and even for me, this book brought back many actionable steps for my own work to keep me and colleagues accountable and communicating in a collaborative way. I like how transparent Bill and his team are as well, giving anyone in the company an opportunity to see what Marketing is working on and the opportunity to comment on the project in real-time, right in the project. The book also offers other resources as well and explains why short-cuts lead to setbacks.I highly recommend this book for Marketing teams to collaborate and move projects together faster. I also can leverage what I learned in this book in Customer Success.
