Q: I notice from the photos that there is a lip at the base that extends beyond the dimensions of the walls. Are the walls 5'7"x7'3" or is it the lip?

M husband made his own base and intentionally made it larger then the shed dimensions..

Q: Do you have a floor frame especially made for this shed that I can purchase? Or, do I need to order a floor frame from another source?

Sorry we don't have floor for the storage shed.

Q: How do we get instructions? Did not come with any. Not super impressed yet with this company!

You should have had a paper in of the the 2 boxes that showed picture steps--like of like IKEA--but boy, these steps are crazy!! When the boxes arrived & my husband saw the box of screws, he said "I hope they gave us a THOUSAND too many!"--FYI--they did NOT...READ carefully and follow the FIRST step to be sure it's square, good luck!! We are pretty handy and it took us 8-9 hours, non-stop only bathroom breaks, no food breaks--what a time!!
