The star works as described with several different patterns of light. The lights are more of a bright white and add a beautiful touch to the tree. My teenage granddaughter liked it so much we ordered one for their tree as well.

We are very happy with this topper. Looks great on the tree. One small thing to note though is that we were visited by Buddha instead of baby Jesus this year. But we are okay with that.

This is an attractive star ornament, but it could be better! One problem is the conical attachment to the tree. There is no way to adjust and it must be tight or the star droops comically. Also it must be plugged directly into the main power rather than in series with the other strands, but they do furnish plenty of cord. In a word, good but could be better!

This topper looks real cute on my 4 foot Christmas tree. This morning I woke up to hurricane force winds (in SW Florida). I heard crashing and banging on my lanai. Sure enough my tree had toppled over and, although the topper was still intact, the batteries were scattered on the floor as were other components of the light switch. I got the tree inside, along with the parts, and was able to put it back together (springs, batteries, metal components) and it's working. Very pleased with the outcome. (I am a 75 y/o woman and not mechanically inclined).

The part that sits over the treetop does not hold the star upright. The star is too heavy to use as intended. We had to just push it down and sit the star on the secondary branches rather than use the coil that was supposed to sit on the treetop branch. This makes it not want to sit up straight. Also, the plug doesn't plug into your tree lights. You have to run it to a USB port which is crazy. It needs a regular electrical plug on it so it will plug into your tree light cord.The lighting is very pretty with several options. Remote is a nice addition to change the lighting pattern if you want.

Was excited for this tree topper because the pictures of it are beautiful. However, I should’ve read the reviews before buying. The packaging was fine and the topper is actually really pretty, but the battery pack fell apart into multiple pieces as soon as I took the cover off to put the batteries in. I wanted to see what it looked like lit up to see if it was worth trying to glue back together so I was able to hold all the pieces in place for a hot second and turn it on, but it looks cheap when lit and nothing like the picture advertised. I figured I could still use it because I liked it unlit, so I cut the battery pack off. Tried putting it on top of my tree, but it’s just too heavy and flops over. I wouldn’t have been able to get it on my tree without breaking a few of the top branches. Just not worth it to me.

Be aware that the star glows very yellow. If you want a "cool" (light color) look, this isn't the one.

The glitter is lose and makes a huge mess. Warm white is actually yellow.

The star looked so beautiful on my real fir tree. It was bright and easy to attach to the tree. Everyone loved it. I was so happy it was a plug in. I saw comments that the year before the star was battery operated and wasn't very bright. This year it was a great improvement.

I was looking for a different star that you didn't need batteries for and came across this one you can plug it in using the USB which comes with it I used my phone plug, the star is beautiful when lit up, I got it in silver and it has tiny sequins all over it but there are other colours to choose from it also has a remote control with 8 modes and timer. I am very happy with it.

Das ist eine schöne Spitze. Licht spiegelt sich auch unter der Decke in Strahlen.Einziger Minuspunkt: beim Anfassen bleibt Glitzer an den Fingern.Würde ihn wieder kaufen, wegen der tollen Wirkung

Costa un pochino rispetto ad un “normale” puntale. Ma l’effetto è bellissimo.Sembra una cometa luminosa. Va a batterie, quindi nessun problema di spine ecc.Segnalo solo che è un tantino pesante, quindi se avete la punta dell’albero poco folta non lo consiglierei. Io ho dovuto usare 2/3 rami per farla stare eretta,Sul singolo ramo in alto resterebbe piegata dal peso.🎄A parte questo, Per me merita....!!
