This Dual USB is the answer to my quest to capture or transfer data and information between my cell phone and my laptop or PC. Before I discovered the genius, if I wanted to transfer data and information between devices, I would have to save it, create a document and email it to myself and then open, and then download the email...oh, what a hassle!But now I have this Dual USB, I can avoid all those steps, just connect, select, and transfer....and DONE!The other great point to mention, the price for so much is unbelievable!Thank you THKAILARJB (Boston) USA

I wanted to transfer photos from my phone to pc but even with instructions I couldn't figure it out and the C type plug is loose fitting so you have to wiggle it just right to get the light to come on for it to start working, it could be the one I got was manufactured wrong because it fits loose and my phone is 3 months old so it's not my phone jack. But anyway I got tired of trying to make it work , and didn't feel like sending it back so it's laying on my desk. When I got it to light up ,showing it was working instead of transferring the photos from my phone , I now have triple the amount of the same photos in my phone. If the C plug was a tighter fit it would be okay but if I just barely touch it the light goes off and you have to start over trying to get the light to come back on. Maybe if they sent me a different one ,to replace this one it would work easier but this one has a manufacturer defect.

So, I had a slight issue with this drive.. the description says it works on IOS devices but one of the picture slides in the description says it's not compatible with iPhone and iPad, this is half true.The drive will not work with any iPhone. This is because all iPhones have the Lightning Connector and cannot use a USB Type C device.The drive WILL work with a 4th Gen iPad Air or iPad Pro using the new Type C connector. The drive does not come with a software app you can download, so that means that when you plug the drive into your iPad.. nothing happens. Do not fear, you simply open the 'Files' app that comes native on the iPad and it detects the drive. I was then able to play audio and video files right from the drive as well as copy files back and forth from the drive to the iPad internal storage.I have an older USB drive like that for my last iPad and my Phone that use the Lightning Port. That drive, when plugged in for the first time prompted me to download the app for it and it worked that way.. for this drive you just use the 'Files' app and all is well. The drive works great and now I can copy movies to the drive and take them with me to watch on my iPad on long trips and in waiting rooms. It's a good solution for the money.

I've ordered one of these for myself and for my mom. We take a lot of pictures and videos, which were taking up too much space on our phones (each of which has ~65 GB of space.) These flash drives are perfect for storing our photos/videos, as well as any documents we wish to keep. I would definitely order another if I need more space.

Write speeds about 2.5X faster than my USB 2.0 memory sticks. Sadly, the memory capacity is NOT printed on device.Compared to USB 2.0 on a 2012 Mac Pro, I'm getting about 2 1/2 times faster write speeds on a 2019 Mac Pro using this USB–C memory stick connected to the Mac Thunderbolt 3 port. I was hoping for better.I like having both the USB–C and USB–A connectors, it comes in handy. It has a nice feel to it with an access LED that I like having. Don't worry, it is NOT blue light.The product is made in China.

It took minutes to get all 4k pictures from my phone onto this drive. I'm so happy I chose this one-- SO easy, and a great product for a reasonable price!

These are great sticks. I have two larger ones that I have used over the past year for Mac Time Machine backups; one is USB-C and the other USB-A. These work super well on both interfaces. They are fast and a great value. There are plenty of cheap USB sticks out there and my experience has always been mixed even amongst the named brands. I just bought three more to use for disc images and am not disappointed quite the contrary.

I got this in the hopes that I'd be able to use it as a hard copy backup for my photos on my phone, as my phone does not have removable storage. Unfortunately I haven't been able to get my phone to recognize it. I am still playing around with it, and hope I'll be able to get it to work soon. It works fine via USB, so the trouble is not the drive, it's got something to do with finding the correct formatting for my phone (Pixel 4) to recognize it as a storage device. Until then, I'll use it as a regular flash drive
