I really hoped this would work better than it does. It DOES seem to make the sleep I do get more refreshing. But I still wake up really frequently through the night (about once an hour) and I rarely am able to stay in bed longer than 6 hours.I DO fall asleep fairly quickly most nights and I do fall back asleep fairly easily when I wake up 5 or 6 times during the night.I think that it's worth a try to find out whether or not it helps you.

This product gave me a good nights sleep for about a week, but after the week I would have to take 3 capsules in order to sleep good. I have trouble with racing thoughts keeping me awake. I thought I might get better results with a different formula. I will say that Proper works better than anything I’ve been prescribed or any OTC sleeping aid. IVe tried melatonin and it doesn’t work either.

I am a chronic insomniac (like for 30 years). I tried the sample pack (5 days each of each formula). Core Sleep is definitely for me; the others, not so much. It does not help me fall asleep faster, but as far as staying asleep, this is a game changer for me. I normally toss and turn all night, am awake for hours on end, but this is my second month taking this and I have good sleep, with dreams and everything and there is NO next day grogginess.

Most over the counter sleep aids make me feel groggy in the morning but not this product. I slept soundly and woke up without feeling groggy. It makes me feel relaxed and calm without feeling medicated so I can get some rest! I researched every ingredient and confirmed them all to be natural, harmless, and necessary ingredients for a harmonious sleep function. If you prefer a more natural herbal sleep aid, I highly recommend this product. I have been taking it for a month and have not experienced any side effects.

I was so looking forward to trying this product. I always wake up around 4 am and stay awake for an hour or so. While using this product, I was wide awake at 2 am every night with no ability to fall back asleep! Ugh.

Unfortunately this product doesn’t work for me. I took them as I stricter and then was tired and yawning the next day all day. I took it again the following evening and felt the same effect all day. My trouble is falling asleep and I wake up often during the night. It did not address any of those issues. Maybe I need to try a different one. Thank you

I’ve been looking for a natural alternative to help with my sleep problems, and I think i’ve found it. Not only am I getting to sleep faster, I’m noticing the duration is progressively getting longer. It takes a few days to start working, but I’m definitely noticing a difference. I’m looking forward to seeing where I am in a month.
