This unit does everything expected of it. I use all functions, including unlocking. It’s easy to use both via screen and app, I’m very happy with it. Very fast postage.

Good customer service and product looks good
I purchased a used TMEZON 7 Inch Wireless WIFI Video Door Phone IP Doorbell Intercom Entry System. With unknown reason the item didn't power up. I request return with refund. The TMEZON-Security King offered me full refund and allow me keep the defective doorbell. The also tell me their tech service could help me to fix the doorbell if I still want to use it. I am unlucky to get a defective used item, but happy with their customer service.

Very bad customer service and quality
I've purchased this doorbell camera with monitor on July 23, 2022 the first rainfall the doorbell stopped working I contacted the manufacturer they sent me replacement doorbell camera. But I could not connect the Wi-Fi to monitor the camera. also after a month or two the doorbell camera malfunctioning then someone is at the door it would please emergency siren also I cannot review the video recorder even after replacing memory card. I sent emails to the manufacturer never received any reply or contact.
