This wall mount has been so helpful! I recently got a new iPad and decided to use my old one as the kitchen iPad. I have things on there like my calendar so that our upcoming events are available for our family to see. Grocery apps so that as your cooking or just in the kitchen we can add things to our list. Music so that we can set the time while we’re cooking. Pinterest for recipes and a few streaming apps just in case we wanna scroll and cook or watch movies and shows while we cook. This stand has been helpful because it’s perfect for as your reading a recipe and you can see the screen at eye level. We installed ours right next to our cabinets. Then you can remove it and stand it up in the counter top of you need to move around. It is Perfect!

I immediately installed this iPad holder near my bed, and am delighted with the results. As a senior citizen, I can rest and watch my favorite channels with the view screen perfectly adjusted for me. In the kitchen it is invaluable. I can prepare my recipes right along with the video and the mounted stand keeps my iPad safely away from the food and heat. It was easy to install and I Iike the fact that it has a sticky mount as well as a screw in mount. I used both and was able to secure it to the wall quickly. Thank you. Great price, as well. On the down side, it is a plastic mount, which is not as sturdy as a metal one. But, I am happy.

Great for working out or making recipes.

I had fairly specific parameters for a tablet mount and this one fit my needs well. The fact that it is also an independent tablet holder was a bonus. I liked that is is light colored, (silver tone) maybe the only one that isn't black. The fact that it was metal and had good weight was also a pleasant surprise.If I have a quibble, the instructions had a lot of information, but not how to assemble the stand. It took us a bit, but we figured it out.

First, this thing works well for a stationary tabletop iPad holder. You'll need to tighten the screws with the included allen wrench, but it will hold.The criticism is twofold:1) The mount includes an adhesive pad to use when you can't use screws to mount the holder. In our scenario, the only mounting option in the kitchen was on the face of the cabinet door. We didn't want to drill holes in case we wanted to remove it at some point, so we used the adhesive. We cleaned the surface with rubbing alcohol, allowed it to dry, and then applied the mount with the adhesive. It came off in my hand several hours later when I attempted to adjust one of the joints of the holder.2) The holder is flexible in that you can adjust it at several joints. However, in order for the holder to remain in place while holding the weight of an iPad, the joint screws must be tightened. Once they're tightened, it's difficult to adjust, so you must loosen them. And then it won't hold, so you are continually tightening & loosening the screws if you plan to stow it between uses.Overall, decent value for the money, but I wish I had done some more homework and gotten something a little more in line with what we were looking for.

My husband and I have adjustable beds and since we both use our tablets while relaxing I wanted to find a way to mount mine so I could adjust my bed to "tv positiin" and not haf to hold my tablet or lean forward to watch my screen. So I looked up mounts and the versatile of this one caught my eye and I figure what the heck. So, I cleaned my wall (to make sure the surface was perfect for applying the 3m tape and not have to worry about it not holding (I don't like putting holes in my walls) I let the wall mount sit for 24 hours before putting the "arm" in it with the tablet. Then I positioned it and used the included Allen wrench to tighten it in place (so it doest pull down or come unadjusted due to the weight ) I currently am using a Samsung tab s note plus (12.7 or something inch screen, so it's large and heavy ) and while I was nervous at first that it would either pull the mount off the wall or wouldn't stay locked in place, neither issue happened! The mount is still firmly on my wall and the tablet stays right at the position I have it locked in. The only down side is that to use the mount I have to removed my tablet from its case (it has a keyboard case but it's too thick for the adjustable claws...but that's not so bad since it does everything I wanted.Another bonus is if I want to have my tablet in the kitchen to watch/listen to videos while making meals it comes right out of the mount and can be set up on the feet and easily readjusted for that. I would absolutely recommend this if you are looking for a reliable adjustable wall mount!

I see in other reviews that there is a problem with the holder not staying in place. I wish I could DM them and ask if they tried the allen wrench that came with this item to tighten the screws in the mount. This is necessary to do to tighten the hinges. I find the mount very useful as both a wall mount and portable one.
