My periodontist had me use this stuff after my deep cleaning on my gums. He had me swoosh it for 1 minute and dip a toothbrush (a separate one from your normal toothbrush) in it and brush for 2-3 mins just with the mouth wash on it! And I absolutely love this stuff. I bought the 3pack

This mouthwash has a nice subtle mint flavor that does not burn like competitors. It also has a little bit of whitening agent in it that leaves the teeth with a nice look and feel after rinsing.

OxyFresh is a great brand and have used it for a while. Went to order more and didn't realize this one was slightly different and contained zinc. Maybe it was the Zinc, maybe just the slightly different type, but tastes terrible.Would highly recommend this brand but not any product with zinc.

We had gone to a dental practice that was very conservative with treatments and recommended things like MI Paste to help with enamel and the dentist didn't just jump into major treatments if she felt they weren't needed, so when the hygienist recommended this mouthwash, we picked it right up. We've been using it for a couple of years now and it is working fine for us. It is on the expensive side which of course I don't enjoy, but I want to help keep our teeth healthy and this is part of our daily routine. We usually buy the three bottle pack each time we stock up and it lasts a while since we only use the recommended amount for rinsing.
