I tell my husband all the time that this is my most favorite gift I have received. I was never one for going for a walk or running but that's changed now. I typically use my treadmill 3-5 times a week. Im doing my own variation of the 12-3-30 until I can get up to 12. So I will typically do 10-11% incline. 300 calories in 30 minutes? Yes please! I tried putting it together myself, I got it all done other than lubricating the pad. Had my husband do that. I will say that I did watch a YouTube video for step by step instructions, which made it a lot easier than it would have been. We don't fold it up or move it around so I can not speak to that. We got this back in Feb 2023 and is still in great condition as of now.

When my treadmill motor went out.. I researched for days to see what to replace it with. I’m so glad I went with the this one!! Has all the basic features and then some! I love the Bluetooth addition. The treadmill is nice to run on. Sturdy. Looks awesome. Took my husband about 2 hours to put together. Definitely recommend!!

1. Delivered on time. The deliver guys were very kind to deliver the huge package directly to my basement where the treadmill would be setup. It was a huge relief for me. Otherwise I have to unpack in my garage and move piece by piece to my basement.2. The assembly instruction is very clear to follow. The most difficult step is step two, to install left and right frame legs. I put on the guiding bolt and tight it up. But I couldn’t put on the other four bolts around it, they were not aligned with those four holes. Finally, I had to loosen up the guiding bolt a little bit to get those four bolts installed. The whole assembly process is clear, but just takes time. It took me about two hours to set it up.3. Did lubricate the belt.4. Tried the treadmill and felt great. The running deck is solid and very stable. Feel very happy about the treadmill.New update:5. Very good customer service. About a week ago, the treadmill gave a clicking noise when walking/running on it, from the left side of the motor compartment. When raising the elevation to above 2, the noise seems go away. Sent an service request online and got an email response the second day asking for more info. After providing the requested info, I got a call to schedule an in-home visit by the technician. Yesterday, a technician came and fixed the issue. Apparently the four connection bolts of elevation part need some grease libration.Anyway, very impressed by the customer service.

Would have been easier to assemble with 2 people but it’s doable alone. Assemble where you want it to sit because this sucker is heavy.It’s a nice treadmill, solid feeling.I don’t use any of the pre installed workouts, I get on and walk.I don’t have anything bad to say yet and will update review if anything comes up.

I ordered this treadmill at the end on October 31st, 2022 and it arrived about a month later on Nov 25th, 2022. After assembling it, I was disappointed to discover that the "select" button on the console did not work when pressed. It's been impossible to get past the select user screen and thus I can NOT use the treadmill after waiting a month for it to arrive. Jennifer with Johnson Fitness (Horizon owner) was very helpful and sympathetic. She ordered parts and labor. I'm now waiting for the parts to arrive and the I'll have to schedule my labor appointment. It's been a very disappointing experience thus far because I have a useless treadmill until the select button is fixed. I will post updates as my case progresses.

It is a beast to move, especially initially trying to get it into your house/apartment (mine was dropped off in the driveway on a pallet). It is one of the most difficult things to assemble, even when meticulously following the instructions. I haven't owned a treadmill in the past, but I was also a little shocked how much space was required. Don't get me wrong, I knew how big it was, but wasn't anticipating how much space you would want to have around it to feel comfortable using it.

I'm very pleased with the Horizon treadmill. The assembly instructions were excellent; much easier than I had expected. If you don't need a full-color touch-screen display, this treadmill will adequately meet your fitness needs.

This is such a great treadmill. I was going to go with the 202 or 303 but felt I ran to much for the smaller ones so I went with the cheapest studio model. I'm so glad I did. This thing is so smooth and runs very quietly. It is very solid, stable, and well built, and was very easy to assemble. They make it very easy to put together. The rebound on the pad is very comfortable and cuts recovery time down. I'm on my second month of zwift. It's petty cool, I guess. But it is very cool having the tablet holder on it so you can watch TV or fitness programs. The Bluetooth conectivity is very reliable. The speakers and fan are a little weak but still nice to have. All in all it's the best treadmill of the 4 I've owned and super reliable. Spend the extra money on the studio if you're looking at the 102/202/303. You'll be glad you did.
