Smithwood Wood Grommet 2 1/2" Maple

The wood grommets are good quality, however the photo shows 3 grommets, I only received 2.

Well made wooden grommets. I would definitely recommend sanding them to 600 grit as there were very slight milling marks. They come unfinished, so I rubbed on a few coats of tung oil, which really brought out some warmth and grain. You could even stain them if you need them to match your furniture. I thought about making my own but this is soooo much easier and they look awesome. Well worth it.

The photo shows 3, got 1. I guess the photo is not worth a anything.If you get one then you should only show one in the photo. Deceptive. High cost for one.

I had a maple shelf that I needed grommets for. Quite by accident I found these made in Maple. I couldn't believe. They match my shelf exactly, they fit perfectly. What a wonderful surprise, What a wonderful find.

This is exactly what it looks like. I stained it and polyurethaned it, and it looks great. The most important thing is that my wife likes it better than the original plastic one.
