How can you send me the sample name & not put the name I requested - TWICE!?

This is a gorgeous necklace that looks and feels like very nice quality. The name plate is actually thicker than I was expecting, not thin and chintzy looking. The chain is also nice and solidly constructed. The only negative is the gift box it came in. That box looks awful and flattened a bit and damaged which means I will definitely have to get a replacement or put it in something else. All in all though the quality of the necklace is great and that alone warrants the 5 star rating for me, despite the less than impressive packaging.

This golden name necklace is beautiful! I got this one for my ten-year-old daughter and she loves it! Her name came out perfectly and very readable! Just as pictured!
