I work from home and a big part of my job it’s been on zoom, and it really does matter how you look. This minor adjustment made a huge difference, plus it’s fairly easy to use not to mention stays tightly connected to my work laptop with no issues. The light part detaches easily so it’s not an issue when I’m not using it. It is powered by USB C cord, I replaced the one that came with this camera with a much longer one so I could connect to a remote power source. My laptop doesn’t have that many USB ports and I didn’t wanna waste one when I had an alternative. It actually has a battery on it, it lasts for more than an hour, maybe up to two. The one time I use the battery I made it all the way through one hour zoom meeting and most of the way through the second, and I connected early. I definitely recommend the side if you want to improve your appearance with an easy to operate product.

The lighting is great! The suction attachment help very strongly. Too strongly. I can’t remove it. It’s stuck tight. I’d rather not have it always on my laptop, as it makes it hard to put into a bag to carry.What’s the trick to removing this light?

Pros1. Amazing LED light, low consumption with power so I'd charge infrequently.2. Colour filters in the box so helps with different ambient lighting.3. Easy to fit behind my computer screen and buttons are marked very clearly so I can control the lighting intensity, the white noise without looking at the backCons1. The suction is good, but it can be better especially when I push the LED panel back. Works like a charm if I lean the LED panel towards me.Highly recommend getting this since my light source is away from my screen and this helps a ton during gloomy days and night time calls

Got this for the wife . I am amazed how much she loved it. Then I realized it had all these different light intensities and angles which really came in handy for her virtual meetings.

I took a shot and bought this, and it failed. First of all, suction cups always give out. This one is good, but suction cups just don't work: about every other meeting, the cup would fail and the light would fall with a loud mid-meeting crash. Stay away from suction cups. This is not the manufacturers fault; but the stupidly short charging cord IS. The cord is like 6 inches. I can't even plug the light into the USB socket while it is attached to my PC or laptop. So I have to take it off to charge it. Please, make the cord a bit longer so we can just leave the light plugged in while attached. And lastly, the battery failed after 6 months. Won't hold a charge more than a few minutes now.

This light was easy to set up. It suctioned right to my laptop and was simple to plug in and turn on. I like the different kinds of light settings you can pick from. It keeps my face lit up when I’m on zoom calls which is really necessary when I’m on them every day of the week.

Gets very bright and has multiple color options. Battery life is decent too...of course it will go fast if you have it on high brightness for a long time but can easily make it a full hour long meeting. You can also hook it up to a micro usb charging port and it will stay on.I do wish the buttons were a little easier to find by touch since they're on the back and facing away from you. Minor quibble.

There's an actual mechanism needed to truly activate the suction power of this light. I imagine the people saying the suction is not good is because they either don't know how to use it or the surface they try to use it on is not flat or smooth enough. It doesn't hold a charge very well, but that's not a problem for me because it never leaves my desk so I leave it plugged in.
