Very informative. Just what I needed to read/see to help me align my steps & formulate my business plan to provide a much h needed service in my area. Answered questions I didn't even know I needed to ask. It's the best $20 I've spent so far this yr.

I just finished reading this book and it gives me everything that I need to continue with the step of my business. It answered a lot of the questions that I had that Google beat around the bush to answer. It is a very informative book and even gave lists of where to get insurance, websites and more. I'm so excited for what is to come.

A clear well written guide that takes you step by step to setting up a Senior Transportation business. A quick read, very informative and to the point which I enjoyed. I'm sure I'll be referring back to this book during my start-up and as I grow my business.

This book contains some pretty valuable information about starting a NEMT business. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of a lot of spelling errors. It also has a feel of "copied and pasted" content due to the fact that the term "home watch business" comes up several times, rather than "senior transportation business". Which made the newsletter portion of the E-book a little awkward and confusing. Still, very informative.

I love working with and for seniors. I am a private home health aide and was looking for a way to add to my income. After reading this I am excited to get started. Definitely have to read more books from Craig Wallin

Just doing preliminary research at the moment. Logistically, I would be ready in a few months after I move back to my home state. Based on my expectations, I hoped the book would have been more specific in large parts . The only advantage for me is that information that any reasonable person could find for themselves all over the internet, if you put in the time, has been put in one place - for you.
