Mens 14K Yellow Gold Filled 5mm Rope Chain Necklace 20" Inches

I am in LOVE with my necklace...but the attachment portion of the clasp has already started to break. Let me not mention that the shipping time was horrible. BUT I have a feel that maybe I just got shipped a poorly clasped necklace.Great length, weight,and color. In the photo below you can see that the closure piece that I am not holding is fine, but the one I am holding is broken and is opened.
