HB2, Top quality pencil, stands up to hard writing
Review for HB2 I seem to always break the pencil points when I write, but found that this brand holds up well to my heavy hand. I saw a review for this on-line and decided to give them a try. I just always thought a pencil was a pencil, but these write well and hold up well. This now my go-to brand.

Superb!
As a carpenter, I have been using brittle pencils in which the graphite breaks after a single drop. From there on when I attempt to sharpen, little pieces of graphite just fall out of the pencil. Staedtler pencils, however, can be dropped several times and still be sharpened very nicely. I highly recommend them
