I had a previous similar bulb that was Bluetooth based instead of Wifi, but I prefer Wifi. Once you have it on wifi you can control it from anywhere in your home that has wifi (not like Bluetooth where you have to be nearby) and even outside the home. And the cool thing is I connect the light with iHomeware gateway and alarm system, it work perfectly!The application is very functional, not beautiful, but fine nonetheless. I'm really pleased with the light output and functionality of this strip. I have no concerns recommending this.
