Simple
This is just what I needed to vent out two bathroom exhaust fans. These were easy to install since I already had a 4" hole saw. The outer cover slides in and out and should make future maintenance easier. I did secure the housing to the soffit with silicone and screws for a tighter, more secure fit.

Did it’s job!
This was a perfect solution for adding an exhaust vent in the soffit for our bathroom. We added some silicone to hold it in place since there was no plywood, only vented soffit panels.
