I was very disappointed with my another dash cam,so this time I did some research before making order. I also bought SAMSUNG: EVO Select 128GB MicroSDXC UHS-I U3 100MB/s Full HD & 4K UHD Memory Card for this dash cam. Be aware, you need to format SD card on this cam not on your computer. After format the SD card, everything works great. The image is crisp and clear. Sound quality is great too. I do not use the rear facing camera much but it would be a good recorder if kids saying something funny in the car and you do not want to miss them. After all it is a good product meet my expection.

After a week of use I can say that I'm pleasantly surprised! The recorded picture quality is superb! The screen quality could be better, but it's sufficient. I only have two complaints and they are minor. The mount could be better. It's rather limited in its range of motion. The instructions are not clear and you can tell that the English is secondary. Other than that, the dashcam works like you'd expect.

The battery does not have a lasting charge. It seemed to run down in less than an hour . To make thedash cam operate as it should, it needs to have power available always. The photos have a high resolutionand are of good quality. I could not get the camera to record , when the vehicle was jarred as when struck byanother vehicle.

This was sent defective. Keep logging out and asked to insert memory disk which was already inserted. Very frustrated. Plus it doesn't have Bluetooth to connect to my phone. I had to return it

This was my 3rd purchase and I don't feel comfortable driving a vehicle without a recorded video if I should be in an accident or encounter one ahead of me. Twice I was stopped in broad daylight on a major highway and the Officer lied about my speed while driving on cruise control. After noting the camera each time they decided not to site me. They knew I could refute the in court.

Functionality of this dash camera performed ok but a few days ago it completely died without warning. I purchased this product back in February 2021 and during the final week of August 2021 the camera completely stopped working. I went into my Amazon purchase history to review the product support details and quickly discovered that the "Product support window" ended n August 15, 2021 just prior to complete failure.

Need a new one and this item looks good.Great to have to void issues when get into car accident,also can be used for parking.Easy to set up and have a good image quality .My car has a spare tire in the back,it blocks a little part of the window makes not easy to look when parking,with the dual dash cam it’s more easier.

Very sensitive G sensor, going over a small bump triggered the file lock even with low sensitivity setting. Had to turn off the motion sensor or else need to format memory card very often. The sensitivity of the parking mode works separately from driving mode, and you can personalize a lot of the settings that work the best for your condition. I had the parking mode in high sensitivity, any movements cause the car to shake will trigger the camera, including closing the trunk and getting into the car too hard. Downside: 1. the size is bigger than my old dash cam, took a while to adjust for the perfect position. 2. Part of the plug is sticking out (see 2nd picture), however, it did not affect the usage nor it fell out during driving.

Bought the product as a gift for my father. Drove two hours to install in his vehicle. Tried two different memory cards. The device does not format the card or even recognize the card for that matter. Ended up getting a full refund for the product. NOT RECOMMENDED!

It worked well, but it's time to replace it with another camera. This has become too big of a distraction. I need a dashcam that's smaller and can fit behind the rear view mirror!

Never submitted a review when I first received, but probably would have given 4 or 5 star as it seemed to work as advertised. However after 6 months use it just completely died. So now I will check to how the manufacturer responds to warranty claim.

Great product at a great price! I love how the screen is large enough for comparable price-points. Double camera definitely helps at times when you need to prove backlash/physical injuries to your insurance company. Highly recommended!
