This is a wonderful book that I am working through right now and I feel that many could benefit from reading this. Mark is a wonderful person and helps those going through difficulties due to OCD. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who is having issues struggling with fear/ocd.

Love this book!! I fight anxiety on a daily basis. Mark gives great insight on how to conquer our fears through Faith in God Who truly loves us!

Mark explains how a spirit of fear holds many of us captive, and that spirit of fear needs to be broken and how we can receive the Father's love. Fear cannot stay where the Father's love is present. Great book!
