It’s unfortunate that I have to buy one of these security system. Our nice quiet neighborhood actually had some amazon boxes stolen this last week. One of our neighbors had security cameras installed on his front porch and told us that he saw someone got out of their car, walked to the door where the packages were and then walked away after they noticed cameras were installed on the property. However since the guy never took anything, the police could not detain them (the cameras got the guy’s license plate). Anyway seems like these cameras system at the very least will deter criminals away from my house and will add another layer of protection for my family.I looked at many different systems and ended up choosing this one. I’m familiar with the brand Victure, and the price was right at my ball park.Please note that these are not battery powered so you will need a power outlet for each camera. The hardest part of the installation was the wiring management, once that is figured out, the rest is plug and play. I had everything up and running in about 15 minutes, from hooking up the NVR to setting up the wifi. It was all surprisingly painless. If you know how to set up a Tv, then you will be able to set up this camera system with No problem.For the hard drive I added in my WD 1TB 3.5 SATA HDD. It adds another layer of protection for my family. I made sure to have one camera sticking out for all to see at the top of my front door. Plus it’s also really cool to have the NVR hooked up to my monitor in my office, kinda gives a James Bond kinda vibe.

Home security is a must for my family and me. I wasn’t too sure about using the doorbell camera systems as anyone would be too close to our door for it to be activated. I was intrigued with the Victure system, happy to see that it came with 4 cameras with 1080P quality, and best of all being wireless. It was very easy to install, and since it is wireless, no cables to mess with. After a few weeks with it, I am really impressed with the image quality and detail that it picks up.Pros:-Installation: Again, the wireless aspect of the Victure is one of the biggest advantages. No cables to get in the way or run around the house perimeter. It would help if you made sure that there is an AC power source nearby where you want to set up the cameras; otherwise, that will be the only hard part with the installation process. The unit is very easy to program, and the instructions and information that came with it were very self-explanatory. It took me almost the entire day to set it up due to the hot weather, but it was pretty easy.-Operations: The cameras are excellent, very easy to adjust. The images are crisp and clear, especially at night. I used my TV in our dining room area because I didn’t have a dedicated monitor yet. If you understand computers and smartphone tech, then you should have no problem,-Motion Detection and Alert System: You can customize your detection area for each camera. And get notified through email.-Image Quality: Again, this is where the Victure is at its best. The nighttime image captures are crisp and clear, and you can make out what you are viewing pretty well. I feel safe knowing that I can see who is out there and observe my property. Each camera comes with a pretty bright spotlight and helps the lens get that excellent crisp real-time quality.–Cons:-None really. Except you need to purchase a hard drive if you want to record your videos and images.Overall, this is an amazing camera system. My family and I feel safe knowing that we have an HD quality image capturing system around our home. I highly recommended this!

I ordered this security cam system because of recent break-ins in the area and the pricing was very reasonable. The four cameras set is perfect because they cover the front, rear and side doors with one extra.The cameras are well built. They have a foam backing on the mounting plate for a watertight seal. The units are sturdy and you can feel the weight and quality. You DO need to plug them in nearby. For me that means a couple of extra extension cords were necessary. You connect to the NVR via wifi or ethernet cable. They are also weatherproof, so I'll see how they hold up over the time.Pairing with the NVR is easy because the cameras are already matched. Just plug everything in and log on to the system with the included mouse and your monitor, or use the PC client or web browser versions. Youtube has some helpful videos and the system comes with directions.The images from the cameras are very good! The resolution is crystal clear. The picture attached of my monitor doesn't quite do this justice. The range is decent as well. I have the NVR downstairs and I placed one camera upstairs in the garage to test the signal. Even at this distance, through a wall, I got 2-3 bars on the wifi signal and the image quality is acceptable. I may add an antenna extension later.

Settig up the receiver was very straight forward, I installed a harddrive into the receive unit before configuration and this was straight forward too. All the cameras supports both wired and wireless connectivity, which was very convenient in my case. The instruction manual is really easy to understand and explains all the details. I took approximately four hours to fit them around my house including all the network setup. The installation requires holes to be drilled through the external wall to install cameras and I would suggest a 17mm drill bit or bigger to allow the camera plugs to be fed through. If you are note sure how to do it yourself, better to get help from professional.The video quality is very impressive especially at this price point. The NVR system software is easy to use and packed with load of options. You need to right click on the video to get different options. You can also set them up in your mobile phone by installing an app from apple store (hopefully similar application should be there for Android too) called "IP Pro". Just one click setup by simply scanning the QR code from NVR. This is very convenient on the move! They can detect motion and send you some push notification to your phone. This was initially not working in my phone, I have to re-install the app and it started working. The night vision is brilliant too, they are very clear even in pitch-dark. Although the cameras are waterproof, the connectors are not. So be careful while setting them.Overall very impressed with the product, they are really value for money!

Note: I already own Victure standalone WiFi cameras and have been happy with them.This is a step up from anything I’ve used before. The package contains 4 cameras and a central box which they connect to. The box holds the hard drive (not included) and needs to be connected to a monitor to configure it. You will need a HDMI or VGA cable to connect to the monitor (not included).The box requires an internet connection which can be Ethernet or WiFi. I used WiFi which is slightly more complex than Ethernet. A USB mouse is supplied so you can interface with the box.Once the box is fully configured you don’t have to do anything other than plug the cameras in. The cameras are already linked to the box wireless so there is no additional configuration which is fantastic.Each wireless camera needs to be plugged in to a normal UK plug socket. So it’s likely you will need to drill into the walls.The box supports up to 8 cameras. You can choose to use less if that’s all you need.

This CCTV camera kit is brilliant !!We moved to new house and wanted to ensure house is secured to have a peace of mind. Locality we moved is an outskirts of the main city and felt we needed security cameras. After bit of research we have found this budget friendly CCTV camera kit which was delivered couple of weeks back and after having it installed for few days all I can say is we are extremely happy with it.First all all, It arrived in a nicely packaged box and camera and whole kit looks great. High quality make and feels durable. Camera system has 4 cameras with 1080p resolution and the fact camera is weatherproof makes it versatile and usable in all weather conditions.We had an professional coming to install for the fact we wanted it at near roof of the house and at heights it needed help. However, i can say its DIY. Once set-up was done - it needed a quick config with smartphone via the application. That's it, it was all done.Thing to be noted, there is no storage which comes with it. but we use WD harddrive connected and it works great with it. Cameras generate high quality footages and quality is impressive. Alerts are directly sent to mobile phones when motion is detected by the cameras which is great. Footages impressive both in Day & night times.Overall very happy with it and highly recommended !!

EDIT5 stars reduced to 1System worked fine (apart from one camera which was replaced quickly) for 2 months. Over the last 2 days I have lost all 4 cameras plus recording completely out of the blue. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and makes the whole system pointless if it cannot be trusted. The email "support" is useless and 2 phone calls from "tech support" who can't even seem to manage their own phone system have just wasted my time.I would now advise AVOIDING THIS SYSTEM as it CANNOT BE TRUSTED.I'm gutted and now have to fight for my money back from Amazon. This also leaves me without CCTV!My first thoughts on receiving my cctv system were "Nice packaging, they must care about their product". The camera casings were surprisingly well made (and much better than my previous 2 systems from other makers). Hard drive was incredibly easy to fit (I took one from an old laptop) and the manual is pretty well written. (It would have been even easier if the font was a little larger, especially on the pictures). The cameras and NVR were easy to set up, however I did have a frustrating problem trying to access the system online. I kept getting "Gateway Unavailable" despite following instructions. This was easily fixed, however, when I Removed the Ethernet cable between the NVR and Router! So much for following instructions.... Maybe I misunderstood something, despite reading several times...All in all, great system, excellent value, excellent night vision.Recommended!EDITSlight issue with one camera and Victure proves they earn their stars for a very good product AND Excellent Customer Service.Thankyou VICTURE

Really good quality cctv camera system. Cameras have a good build quality and a long cable - can even be connected to the internet via an ethernet cable. The NVR box works well and is easy to set up to Wi-Fi. It's great that you can change the name of the cameras too in the settings to help know which is which. The app is really easy to use as well, scanned the QR code on the NVR screen and it connected instantly. Overall, a really good piece of kit and would definitely recommend!
