Winner!
I absolutely love this portable steamer! It’s lightweight and compact, making it perfect for travel—I’ve taken it on multiple trips and it fits easily in my suitcase without taking up much space. Despite its size, it does a fantastic job removing wrinkles quickly and efficiently. What surprised me most is how often I use it at home now, too. It heats up fast, is easy to handle, and works just as well as my full-size iron. Whether I'm steaming shirts or dresses, it gets the job done with minimal effort. If you're looking for a steamer that’s travel-friendly but powerful enough for everyday use, this one’s a winner.

Compact, Heats Quickly!
I highly recommend this steamer. Heats quickly and does a great job. I just purchased a second steamer as a gift.

Works good but short power cord
The media could not be loaded. I have used the steamer on a pair of wrinkled pants (seen in my 7 min video) & also a few shirts. here are some pros: 1) it is small & would fit fine into a duffle bag or small carryon when traveling (2) it heats up very fast when you turn the steam on 3) the water tank while small gives about 10 minutes of steam before you need to refill it again. it worked decently good on the wrinkled pair of pants that I initially tested it on. 4) it feels sturdy in your hand & no water spouts dripped out when I used it at any angle. here are some cons for the product that I noticed during my initial use (1) the power cord is about 6 ft in length but the cord is a bit too short for my preference & could be longer & *some other reviewers said this as well*. (2) it worked well but I don't think that you can use this to replace an iron because of the small water tank you'd be refilling it often & my iron at home gets out the wrinkles better than this steamer & I can iron many garments on 1 fill-up with my iron while using steam . In conclusion I am going to take & use this only when I travel here & there only but it won't replace my iron at home. I think it is better suited as a travel steamer but you may want to bring an extension cord with you though. Also this is NOT suited to be used overseas with a convertor as the instruction manual states on many areas on the manual because you probably will blow it out so if you try just know that it will be at your own risk.

Heats fast, is compact and no leaks.
I really love this steamer. I love the compact size, how fast it heats up, and so far, no leaks!!! I took it on vacation, and it did such a nice job de-wrinkling everything. I used it on a t-shirt for someone, and it looked like it had been pressed with an iron all day long.

Once a great steamer, now ineffective despite some design improvements
I used to love this steamer. When it was working great, it was far superior to other steamers I've tried not only due to the portability but good steam output with no "spitting" of water at no matter what angle. The key flaw in this steamer is the quality of the plastic that makes up the reservoir is poor. After 2 years of owning this steamer, the grey plastic on the connecting side of the reservoir started cracking apart at points of stress, especially the part that holds the ball valve in place. Once that part broke, it's impossible to fix. The clear plastic that makes up most of the reservoir isn't much better; it cracks over time and leaks. I've taken good care of my steamer, and the most I've done to it is place it in a suitcase with clothes. Polardo does not appear to sell replacement reservoirs. In spite of those flaws, I decided it would be worth it to buy another one – and it certainly would have been had the new steamer been identical to the old one. Well, it's superficially identical, but Polardo has made some updates to the steamer that are mostly legit improvements. The quality of the plastic for the reservoir seems better, and the design of the ball valve enclosure has been improved and made replaceable. The latest version of the steamer now has an on-off switch, whereas the earlier version did not.So what's my complaint? Somehow, whatever Polardo has changed about the actual steaming system has resulted in something that constantly belches water during the steaming process. I want my clothes steamed, not soaked! The instructions do warn of some water initially coming up during the beginning of operation, but the steamer keeps belching water no matter how long it's left on. The steamer is borderline useless because it means I can't steam clothes while traveling and have them ready quickly; I would have to allow my garments to dry before they become presentable. In case you were wondering, the reservoir for the new version of the steamer does NOT fit the old (better) version.

Great for traveling. Not as great for daily use at home
The media could not be loaded. Pros:1) Easy to assemble, super lightweight, and portable. I have a family member that is a model and it would be perfect for him2) Steams up super fast3) Super efficient at getting the wrinkles out- if you glide it along a cotton t-shirt slowly, a single stroke is good enough (see video)4) it is great that it can be used vertically and horizontally (although if water level in tank is low, it won’t work)5) great for quick touch ups and travelingCons:1) the top park of the steamer gets warm/hot to touch so you would have to be very careful handling it when you pull out the small tank to refill water2) the opening to fill the water is teeny tiny. Maybe include a funnel or measuring cup with a pouring tip for greater ease of use.3) wish it had a re/detachable charging cable . That would make it even convenient for traveling4) not good for daily around the house usage due to small tank capacity and short cord lengthOverall, I like the product and would recommend it to friends that like to travel/anyone that would OCCASIONALLY do touch ups on their clothing. If your plan is to use it at home/around the house, I would suggest something with a bigger tank. Also bc the device is on the small size and all the levers/tank/tank refill opening etc are small, I wouldn’t recommend it for elderly seniors or ppl with large clumps hands.
