I like my lift chair. It is very comfortable.. Actually I find no fault in it.

For faux leather this is very impressive. After a week I have been more comfortable and my sizable bottom is more comfortable. The lift feature is a necessity and all in all, color, cushioning, it is a winner for me. The saddle color very nice. The cost was reasonable.

Wow! I did a lot of research and read reviews until I was blue in the face ... but I'm still SO IMPRESSED by this recliner! First and foremost, I should tell you that I needed to order a recliner that I could receive within 2 weeks because my hip replacement surgery got scheduled very quickly. This particular chair was delivered 5+ days EARLY. I put the chair together, going step by step (I there are 5 steps) and had it ready to use in 5 minutes. My husband came inside with his tool bag, ready to screw and tighten, wrestle and punch, and dedicate his evening to the mission ... and I said, "I got it. It's done." Worth it's weight in gold. I got the black one and love it ... it's a matte black and looks close to leather. You can tell by touching that it's not leather, but it also doesn't feel thin or cheap or easy to rip. Since I'm only in my 40's, I wasn't looking for a chair with stand assist, but this chair came with it and after testing it a few times, I feel like it's a great feature for surgery or anyone that needs a little help getting up. The seat and back are soft and cushiony, but not too much so. (I definitely didn't want a chair I had to climb out of!) And while it isn't "tight" from side to side, a small child or pet wouldn't fit with me sitting there (which I personally like). I love the creature comforts (cup holders & USB connections) and the fact that it reclines to almost flat (i believe they say 130 degrees). The only thing they don't spell out is that the remote needs to be fed through to the front before (or as) you put the back on. I think it's pretty obvious, but I noticed it wasn't mentioned in the instructions. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my selection - and all at a great price. My husband and son are constantly sitting in it (since I haven't had my surgery yet) and they both love it. I highly recommend this chair.

Not a bad chair for the price if they work. One of them works great. The other sucks. Left arm leans outboard and when you rest your weight on it, leans further. Elevating mechanism clunks, feels like a joint is binding.Sent the two attached photos to customer service, and they can't see any problem. They want a video of the mechanism (understandable) but won't even acknowledge the left arm issue which is patently obvious.Bought these 9 months ago. As they say in China: the customer is the final inspector. Don't expect any support if you have an issue.******************************************************************************************After writing this review, I suddenly got results!! A new bottom was sent, essentially the main part of the chair. That solved all of the problems and is greatly appreciated.I did notice on the new unit that the wood was split at one of the metal base attachment point. And also that all the screws had loosened, probably from the wood drying. Tightened all the screws before reassembly.If the warranty is promptly supported, this is not a bad chair. Both of mine are now in full time use assisting elderly in standing up. Once again, appreciate the warranty support when it happened.

The chair itself meets all my expectations. It's easy to assemble, comfortable and instructions were clear and easy to follow. Assembled and operating in about 20 minutes.This company uses FedEx to deliver the chair. It comes in two boxes. I got one box on a Tuesday and the second box on Wednesday. The first box weighed about 30 pounds, the second box about 80 pounds. FedEx does not ring the doorbell to let you know there's a delivery. The 30 pound box was left in the entrance way to the house. The second box, 80 pounds, was left in front of the garage. I didn't even know it was there until, as I was backing out of the garage, my car braked and alerted me to an obstacle in my path. I'm 81 years old and lifting and moving a large 80 pound box is a problem for me. My neighbor, had to help me move the box into the house. He also helped me assemble the chair. So caution, if you are a senior citizen and need a lift chair, this is the chair for you. However, if you can't move a large 80 pound box, don't use this company because they use FedEx. Find another vendor who uses someone other than FedEx.

Bought this chair for my 89 year old mother who had taken a fall and broken her arm making it very hard for her to get out of any chair. Assembly was super easy, just open the boxes, slide the arms and back into/onto their guide rails, plug in the power and remote cords and you are up and running. Mom is not the greatest with remotes so the one button to recline, one button to stand up is perfect. The simplicity of the remote was actually the main reason I went with this model. USB ports on the side are a nice to have as well.

I was badly injured in a fall from a height. This chair saved me a lot of pain in recovering and adapting to a new lifestyle. Sold my car to get it & glad I have it now.
