The Southern Book Clubs Guide to Slaying Vampires

I bought this by mistake ( mp3 cd - not regular cd) I was worried it wouldn't play and I would have to use my laptop. But amazingly it played on my CD player and just think how great not changing disks would be. But sadly when I got to track 8 everything went down hill. Even though the disk was brand new and looked scratch free there were freezing and skipping problems. So I missed chunks of the story. I'm still going to try to get through it, story is interesting and I'd like to hear it....i just want to hear all of it.

This book was scary and fun! Being a fourth generation southerner, I really enjoyed the "southern" customs that were woven into the story.

So good. Read it in 24 hours. I live in Mt Pleasant so the setting was awesome. OV always!

This is a horror book. I really loved parts of this book, and some parts like the rats part had me wanting to run away...run far far away from the book. Overall...This is a great book and it was scary at times. Also I have not read another vampire book like this one, but I have not read a vampire book since the 90s. I think a vampires with weird teeth and biting necks, and that does not happen in this book. I have to say this is totally different take on vampires. The characters brings this book to life, but I have to say I wanted to kill the husband's of these women, but that is part of the story.
