I have been taking these for over a month now. At first I didn't notice any fishy taste or after effects. But now they seem to be making me ill. I think they are just too strong for me. Or maybe as they sit in the bottle, they get fishier?

Not true.No matter what time of day I take this, with or without food, fluids etc I 'burp fish' for hours! In fact the after taste is stronger than on my usual lesser priced brand.There has been no increase or decrease in my overall benefit taking this brand over my usual. Wanted to give this brand a fair chance but, now that I am nearly finished with this bottle, I will not repurchase.

I like this supplement. I think it is a better quality than what is available locally, but I wish the dosage was one capsule a day rather than two.

the pills don't stay firm, they gets tuck to one another easily, and I have to "dig" them out of the bottle. They are easy to swallow as opposed to others I've tried. They don't control my skin issues as well as another product that is a similar price.

I ordered this product and it arrived quickly. My optometrist recommended fish oil for dry eyes. While I haven't noticed much improvement for that issue, I have seen other improvements--Previous to taking this supplement, I had a daily problem with frequent painful sensitivity of my front teeth. The capsule was easy to swallow, which is great. But regardless if I did not eat before taking the supplement, or took it with food, I burped up fish flavor for hours afterwards.
