Exactly as Expected
I ordered the size small (22"-29"). I'm a 5'0" female and 112lbs. Perfect fit and comfortable!

I am a big guy, 6'0 250 lbs, and this fits around my belly just perfectly...
with space to loosen more if I needed, Wal Mart, Academy, Dick's sporting goods, no place carries big boy weight lifting belts, I am thankful to have found this online. I am also noticing it helps with my back pain, it keeps me standing straight when I am on the treadmill and the elliptical. I have a herniated disc so any help is wanted.

Great belt for serious lifting
Fits great I got the medium I’m 5’11 210 lbs 32 inch waist. Notice the support for sure. I had a actual traditional leather belt version that held up for nearly 15 years before this and finally fell apart. Happy it did because I like this belt more. I don’t think I’ll get 15 years out of it but absolutely can tell it’s a durable product. Also enjoy how it’s far more adjustable because of how it clasps. Far easier to slightly make it tighter or loser depending on different lifts and mobility I need. Great buy!

Very effective as a heavy duty back brace.
I have a couple of 8mm disk bulges in my lower back. This has provided me with the extra back support while doing heavy yard work and auto repairs, unlike the cheap back braces sold for that purpose. It provided outstanding lower back suppot. I've had it for a couple of months now and it is just as effective as the day it was new. It has reduced my back pain by 75%.

LOW CHEAP POOR QUALITY
I am 5'7'' and 161 Lbs, I got this belt on July, I don't lift very much and I have used it very few times. Quality is poor and I am very disappointed, is not a good product as you can see in the picture is tiring apart. I cannot return it at this time so I guess I will have to eat it and buy another belt, but this time a serious product.

Beginners Belt
THIS REVIEW IS FOR DEADLIFTS AND SQUATS ONLY. I used this belt for a few months when I started training my legs again. I'll keep this short. If you're deadlifting over 315'ish and squatting 315 or more, do NOT buy this. Save time and money and get a lever belt. At those mentioned weights the velcro just busts open, almost every time. Its a good belt for starting out at lower weights but as you progress the belt gets worse.

Perfect Fit, Excellent Quality. Petite Athletes Especially: Check This Out!
Best belt for smaller athletes! The typical wide leather versions just don't come small enough to fit properly. This one was perfect - good width for a 5'2" petite frame, and the velcro band is super strong and infinitely adjustable so you don't have to punch holes to buckle into. You can crank it down as tight as you need and it'll hold. The velcro also goes most of the way around the back of the belt, so the end of the strap isn't flopping around & getting in your way. The back is also slightly wider than the rest of the belt, giving you added stability.Overall, an excellent buy.

Excellent Belt for the Price
I've used this belt a lot for my heavy squats and deadlifts. I have a more slender frame, so the older buckle versions never fit me very well (and that's what my gym kept around). I can easily tighten this to my waist size without pinching my skin in any area. It's not so wide that it gets in the way at the bottom of your squat, but has enough rigidity for support on those heavier lifts. It's also great value. Other companies like Rogue make great equipment if you're willing to pay. This was about $20 and suited my needs for lifting weights 3 times per week. One other nice feature - because of the material it's made of, it can easily fold and slide under the seat of your car for quick storage when you leave the gym. I'd recommend this belt for the more slim weight lifters looking for a good value belt. If that's you, it's a 5-star product. A person with a larger/taller frame will likely want a thicker belt (which I believe RitFit also makes).

Does the job for bigger tummy amateur lifters.
This has helped me out immensely being a big(fat) lad. It has a nice long sturdy velcro strap that really helped me to get it round my tire and tighten adequately. It's good for when you just start with heavier weights, but if you are going really heavy then it's probably not rigid enough. As far as helping you remember to hold your core tight and really push against it goes, it's awesome. I use it more for that reason than as a 'guard' against injury. This being said, you will benefit as you will hold you core tighter.

Small, but good
This lifting belt is good, it can take a lot of pressure and is quite comfortable, The strap's velcro looks like it'll wear out after a couple months of use, but then again that seems common to most lifting belts. As for the size in the back, it holds quite low, so a lot of support for the lower waist, but none whatsoever for upper waist, hence my 4 stars instead of 5, I use this for squats but not dead lifts.

Will buy again if needed
Great belt. I cant say if it is good for weight lifting, but I'm using daily as a lower back support after a very painful lower back pain in 2020 that put me on stand by bor almost 3 months. I work with deliveries an even using very loose it does help with my posture when driving. Size is what is advertised.

Very helpful
My grandson hurt his back doing some building work. Now apparently, he wears it every day.

Effective belt
The belt is well made and easy to put on and off, supports the lower back well if used with the right breathing pattern when lifting weights.
