It's best to go with what the manufacturer uses, and not save money with this part.
This part failed right when I was selling my car, ON THE TEST DRIVE of all times! I'd put so much money into my car and it wasn't raising the value, so the last thing I wanted to do was spend $120-250 on an OEM VVT Solenoid. I went with this $17 one instead of the $120 Denso (OEM) and it was a mistake. Now my car acceleration randomly stutters periodically, and it never did this in 3.5 years of driving before replacing with this part. I will likely be returning soon and biting the bullet with the Denso. While it's $100+ on Amazon direcet from Denso, it's still more than 50% less than in the parts store. When it comes to VVT Solenoids you probably will get what you pay for!

Worked for my 05 frontier
My only complain was that it didn’t fit as well as OEM, I couldn’t plug the harness in after I installed it Due to the harness female (on the vvt) pressed up against another part. I had to remove it, plug the harness in first , then put it back on. Once I did that the hole didn’t quite line up to the bolt so I gently pushed it down while trying to put the screw in. Overall good buy . Took my service engine code off!
