The dress was very stiff coming out of the package. When I went to go touch the button, it unfortunately fell off, but that’s a easy fix for myself or you can go to your local seamstress to get it fixed. I found the dress to be true to size, so please do measure. I also feel it has some stretch to it as well. The collar is adorable, but it does need to be ironed out so it’s not so stiff, and I need to clean up some of the loose strings. There is a small zipper on the side for easier to put on and dress down. The embroidery is really pretty, the sleeve holes are made beautifully. The fabric itself feels almost like a stretchy canvas. All in all this is a very cute and affordable dress. Now I’m ready for Halloween!

I love this dress so much! It looked great and accented my body in all the right places. I’m a plus size girl so buying clothes online is always a risk but this dress was perfect for me. It was a big tight for me personally but that’s because normally I like baggy relaxed fit clothes. However, this dress was still amazing and I got a lot of complements on it

Great dress for the price. I ordered the 16/18 and it’s marked XXL on the label. For size reference, I’m 12/14 - 38D. I usually size up on pieces from China because the sizing is so off, and I’m glad I did this time. Dress is just slightly big around my waist but a 14/16 would have been too tight in the bust. I think the fabric is fine. It feels like a stiffer cotton and should iron well. Definitely hand wash and hang to dry and it should last a while. Zipper is good. Button feels a little loose but I can easily fix. The edges on the sleeve aren’t perfect, little strings, unfinished looking, but again for the price, that is ok by me. My only sadness is I thought the dress had pockets. I realize now it’s not listed as such, I just assumed from the web location on the sides that there was a pocket. It’s not a deal breaker though. Can’t wait to wear it! It’s super cute.

Fits really well! Stretch material, but smells kinda fishy. Haven’t washed it yet. For reference I’m 5’8”, 185 lbs, and 34J.

I guess I’m still a kid at heart when it comes to holidays: I love seasonal clothing! But being a big girl makes it hard to find cute, quality items at reasonable prices ... because honestly, if I can only wear it once or twice a year, it’s not worth an investment. Enter this bat-embroidered dress. First I should say that I was unfamiliar with, but pleasantly surprised by, the brand (so much so that I’m already looking at their other offerings). The quality of fabric is outstanding: this black and white dress, when washed on cold, didn’t fade or bleed, and came out of the dryer with few wrinkles, despite its cotton construction. Embroidery is solid, with no pulls or unraveling noted. Fit is generous. While sized numerically on Amazon for size selection, what arrives is labeled in Xs; ie, my 18-20 was a 3X. I am 44B-40-54, and usually order the largest size (especially in low priced clothing), but this time it was only to return it for the 18-20 (3X), which fits beautifully. Although it still slips over my head, there is a side zipper if needed. It’s fit and flare style allows for my fuller hip, and at 5’8” it hits me right at mid/low-knee. The only drawback I see is there are no pockets, despite web embroidery that gives the illusion of where they would be. I’m so looking forward to donning this dress for Halloweek !

For the price point, this dress was a steal. Sturdy material with a good amount of stretch. I followed the size chart, and ordered an XXL. With the stretchy-ness, I didn't even have to use the side zipper to get into it. I probably could have sized down, but it would have required a shaping undergarment...yuk. I wasn't crazy about the cap sleeves, (hence the fuzzy sweater) but overall a great dress with a nice shape. Maybe wear a shorter pettiskirt or even just a slip to help with cling.For sizing help: I'm 5'5", 190lb, and a size 14 or 16 in jeans*Edited to add picture*

I returned the dress because it was too big. It was sold as an XL, which is what I usually wear, but the waist was bulky and it looked shapeless on me. Now it looks like it is being sold as a plus size, which is probably correct. I am 5’6” and the skirt was past my knees, but I did not try it on with a crinoline. The details are cute. It did stink of chemicals when I took it out of the package, but after hanging in my closet to air out for a night it did lose that smell. The material is sort of cheap, but not costume level cheap. For the price, I would have kept the dress if it fit right.

This dress was so much nicer than I was expecting for under $30! It had a couple of small flaws, like a dart pressed the wrong way and some loose serger threads on the sleeve caps, but overall the quality is what I would have expected at twice the price. The fabric is breathable but firm, with enough stretch for ease but not enough to cling, and the stitching and zippers look well done. It fits just a bit loose, but not enough to size down. I bought size 12 petite (not actually petite, I think it just means not plus) and I’m 5’9”, 160lb, 39-32-42. The length was great, and modest enough to be professional. I wore it with a crinoline under and it looked amazing with wedge sandals and a huge sunhat. Next time I wear it I’ll come back and add a picture. (Edit: picture added - without crinoline)One surprising thing was that there are no pockets. What looks like pocket flaps in the photo are actually embroidery! It’s no big deal, though, because it’s cotton and unlined I can add in-seam pockets easily enough. If you don’t sew, you could probably get an alterationist to do it for a few bucks.Overall I’m very impressed with this dress, and will probably buy more from this seller.

I had low expectations for this, but I was very impressed! It fit great and was very flattering. Paired with some black and green stripey tights this was perfect for Halloween.

disappointed just about sums it up. Cotton stitching along the sleeves and hem are coming away or undone completely! Button missing at the collar and there is more cotton tail ends hanging off the dress than I can count. Will be requesting a refund

I really liked that dress, it is comfortable to wear and is flattering as well. Good quality. Note that you have to iron it before wearing it.
