Q: Will this filter fit my 12 cup cafetière

Depends on the width. Measure through the centre hole and if the diameter is 10cm it should be ok. My cafetiere states it is 8 cup so I guess you may need a larger filter.

Q: is the filter/mesh 9cm across

10 Cms across. I have just measured it.

Q: Has anyone noticed a plastic deformation when handling the mesh or is it elastic and keeps its shape?

The one’s I Received , have the mesh formed into a rolled edge, to give its shape. No signs of any plastic or elastic.

Q: This was showing as same day orime delivery until i ordered and now delivery is two days! Why?

if it is by Royal Mail, it will possibly be two days.
