Garden of Life Minami Mood Softgels, 60 Count (Pack of 1)

I have tried various brands of fish oil for my OCD, depression and anxiety. I keep coming back to PlusEPA. No, I do not work for the company or anything. I just found something that works. I am taking 6 a day. Yep, you read that right. 6 per day. I am working on getting off of generic Zoloft with this fish oil. Other perks I have noticed in the past is that PlusEPA helps ovulation and normal periods with PCOS. It decreases inflammation and helps insulin resistance.UPDATE: I am off of Zoloft now about 4 months post taper and I am taking 8 gelcaps of PlusEPA a day. Basant Puri was able to cure a case of Major Depression using 4 grams (8 capsules PlusEPA would be the dosage) and I can tell a difference! After taking this capsule, I feel that my body does not want the ingredients inside almost like rejecting a preservative. Also, I've had some brain fog with the capsules. Both symptoms are new to me. I have not started taking any other new vitamins. If I don't take them one day I feel better. I wonder if anybody else has had this response. I know GOL is a quality brand. I'm not going to be able to continue to take these.

When I write a review, good or bad I do not sugar coat a thing!!This product seemed to work. I didn't get a fishy after taste. However, I refuse to purchase again since the Seller is continuously increasing the price. Just over a month ago I paid $34, now it's $44. Could care less how well it MAY work.....I refuse to continue to purchase from Sellers that are taking advantage of the Pandemic crisis.

This product is sensational for establishing a steady mood. I don’t have depression, but I do have PCOS and thyroid issues, and sometimes can’t sleep, which then causes anxiety. I sleep so well while taking these.There’s one huge drawback for me: all Omega products cause acne breakouts, and this is no different. I tried taking alone, and balancing it with Omega 6 and 9, but sadly, to no avail. I do, however, use them judiciously for PMS, and over short periods they don’t cause acne breakouts.

So far, so good. I'm not sure I'm noticing anything just yet. I'm on my second box and one thing I notice is my skin is getting clearer. It is so hard to tell if my mood is improving. I'll keep taking them since I've read so many positive reviews. Hopefully in a few more boxes I will know for sure if there is a big difference.Update - 12/28/2014: I am now on my fifth box of these and have been taking them for over two months. I am taking three in the morning and three at night (much more than the directions suggest) and I am noticing a huge difference. I feel mentally 'clearer' and I'm noticing that my memory seems to be improving. At first I wasn't sure about this, but now I am convinced. Also I have noticed an improvement in negative thought patterns. I just generally feel more positive and happy since taking these.

Great product. Not inexpensive however. I got the idea for my friend to use from Dr. Amen. Not everyone can have as much DHA that is in most products--unlike this product. There are some who need more EPA to calm them down. This product is the answer to the need for increased EPA.

Works wonders. Am more focused and have more energy. I just feel better. I tried out various other brands, both cheap and expensive ones, but I keep coming back to this one because of what it does to me. I really feel the difference. I generally take 2 pills, though if it was not as expensive I would love to take more.
