Came in broken...
The item is amazing and I cannot wait to hang it, however it came in broken. The “M” is completely broken in half. I am going to try and repair it with some wood glue but it would have been nice to not have to fix it before being able to use it. Must have been thrown around a lot during shipping or something because the wood seems difficult to just break in half like it is. But all in all, still a great product and I can’t wait to see it on my wall!

Exactly what I wanted!
I absolutely love this. I've been eyeballing something like this for a while and after fresh paint in my entire house, I decided to jump and go ahead and buy it. Luckily, mine didn't come broken like a lot of the reviews that I saw. The letters are VERY light weight, so I can see how that may have happened. They don't look like they're ready to snap in half when they're on the wall, and that's all that matters to me. I love how this looks, especially the wreath! :)

A Broken letter
I was so excited when I got it sad part when I opened it one of the letters was broken into 3 pieces I glued it but you could still tell I glued it I still love it that’s why I have it a 4 stars

Don’t buy for the wreath. You will be extremely disappointed
The wooden letters are absolutely great. The wreath is horrible. Going to buy another one that is nicer

Package it more securely
It’s a beautiful piece, but the letter “M” was broken. I didn’t return it because I really liked it and there was no option to get it replaced so I’m gonna have to glue it together which I’m upset about.
