DastoolMetal Shears Attachment,Cordless drill/Impact driver/drill

I used it the other day and it worked so greatly and so effortlessly it goes through metal like a knife through hot butter. Great purchase and will definitely purchase again if I ever need to buy another one.

It kinda works but not for my application.

At how utterly junky this thing was... It is NOTHING like the seller described it to be. It vibrates furiously, will NOT remain clamped onto the drill long enough to be somewhat productive, CANNOT cut a straight clean line as it leaves you with a choppy jagged bent up up edge once you've made the pass. I should've returned it immediately since it appeared to have grease leaking from around the where the blades exit the components housing but I figured it was just packing grease to prevent rust. I contacted Amazon and the informed me that my return window had passed so the forwarded me to the manufacturer and I sent them a message but it seems they will just continue to ignore my message on not respond. I understand the "return widow" in the instance I was just wanting to return it just because I didn't want it, but I'm wanting to return it due to inaccurate description of the products versatility, material, and quality. It's not at all versatile. It's most certainly not made of stainless steel. And as for quality, there is NONE!!! It certainly appears that I will have to just count this one as a loss (even though Amazon promises their customers will "bear no loss") maybe they thought we'd forget!? ONE THING IS FOR CERTAIN,,, I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANYMORE POWER TOOLS FROM AMAZON EVER AGAIN. TOO DANG RISKY FIR THIS FELLA!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FOLLW SUIT, AVOID POWER TOOLS SOLD ON OR BY AMAZON!!!!

As other reviews said, The clamping system does not stay on the drill very well. Clamping system needs to be improved. After making 4 crosscuts in a sheet of roofing, I then cut a 12' sheet lengthwise. It was very slow as if it was dull. I have used a Malco brand many times and it is better in many ways. The Malco does not become "unclamped", it cuts faster and easier.

The media could not be loaded. So I should have done this sooner but I used grinder to cut my roof metal and though I’ll give this tool a go and well it did not cut .. cut be many factors though not the right tool for this metal roof material could be the angle even though I did try to cut it flush and flat as well .. so it didn’t work for me and I missed the window to return .. damn should have tried it sooner .. maybe with thinner metal it would do the job bit this definitely failed for what I was needed it to do

I installed a new metal roof on my home. I suggest a person practice on scrap metal before using this tool straight cuts are no problem metal roofing going over the ridges takes some practice to get figured out.I also had to add a zip tie to secure it to my drill better.

The strap that goes around the back of the drill does not stay tight with the plastic clip and very complicated to cut 29 gauge residential roofing
