Comfortable and long-lasting
This is the only brand of support stockings I buy. I’ve had other support stockings rip as I pulled them on or else my toes poke through after only a few wearings, but not Activa. I can wear them all day in comfort. I wash them in the washing machine and air dry only, and they last for years. Worth the money and better than other brands.

Bought these for a friend. . .
Alas, we are aging. This friend of mine was recently diagnosed with afib and one of the many things he and his Dr discussed were to invest in some compression 'stockings.' He left the doctor shaking his head - didn't remember telling me about the "stockings" comment. It was Christmas time and I need a couple of trinket-type gifts, so I got him a few pairs of these (and some others). I can still see the look an "what?" on his face when he opened them. A few days after Christmas I got a phone call - my friend was raving about these socks and wanted to know where I got them because he wanted to get more (now, regarding the 'stockings' comment, he really thought the Dr.as suggesting pantyhose - HILARIOUS!).

If you have to wear them, these are as good as any I've found.
I've been using these compression socks for a few weeks now. They stay up much better than the others I've had. I do get some "binding" behind the knee do to the height of the socks and I'm tall (6' 4") with relatively long legs. Rolling the tops over has worked to reduce the binding. They've retained their compression for weeks now and that is important to me. Also the "comfortable balloon toe and heel pocket" are comfortable don't squeeze the toes. I like the ribbed styling as well.

Good socks for the price
I have these socks for over a month. I gave it four stars, as they fit the bill for compression socks. For the price, they are very good. There is a little effort initially putting it on. But once on, I felt they were comfortable for the whole day, and gave good compression. I would recommend it.

Socks are great, listing info is lacking
The socks are compression socks that stop just above the knee where you would expect but the sizing information is not helpful. Small - Ex-Large is not a clear description. The socks will stretch to fit your shoe size but the calf and ankle size is how the socks are actually measured. Do not order the XL unless you have size 14 or larger foot and fat calves. I made the mistake on ordering XL based on their shoe size 13 recommendation. I later ordered a medium size pair and am more satisfied with their fit.

Too bad they didn't fit
Seems like a good product, but did not fit as indicated on the size chart (which I had to track down since it wasn't included in the listing: http://www.activahosiery.com/h34.asp). Exchange policy is limited to 7 days and I did not respond in time so am stuck with socks that have an extra inch of room at the toe. I purchased a Large based on Calf, Ankle and Shoe measurements indicating that I was either Large or XL for each measurement.

work great, disappointed with durability
I've been wearing these socks daily for about two years now, and they work well. I wash them in the washer and air dry them, and they last no more than about six to ten months, even though I have 8 pair in rotation. That gets expensive.

Well made and in XL size
Very well made sock. I was fortunate to locate an XL size in support stockings. Comfortable to wear and holds to the calf well, keeping the socks at the proper height. Other stockings I have tried continued to slip down, requiring me to hike them up often.

APRIETA MUCHO EL RESORTE DE ARRIBA
A LO LARGO DEL DÍA LLEGAN A LASTIMAR. REALMENTE DEJAN MUCHO QUE DESEAR, PERO PARA EL PRECIO, NO PUEDE UNO PEDIR MAS. LA VERDAD LOS CALCETINES MARCA SIGVARIS SON MUCHO MEJORES PERO CUESTAN TAMBIEN MUCHO MAS.
