We bought this chair for my grandmother and the first time she used it, she cried. She hasn't been able to get up without pain for years and now she is able to. Rather than laying in her bed all day. Now she can be in the living room comfortable and safe with this awesome chair. Works very well and very comfortable. Might have to get grandpa one too so they don't fight over it. Haha, It was easy to assemble. I highly recommend. My only complaint is we ordered the grey and it's more blue. But grandma loves it, so it doesn't particularly matter.

Very easy to assemble

THE HEATER ON THE RECLINER IS NOT WORKING AT ALL. HAVE CHECKED EVERYTHING AND CAN'T FIND ANYTHING WRONG THAT I DID.

I bought this for my fiancé for Christmas because he has been wanting a recliner for a while now. I seen this one and thought it would be great because he works hard everyday and needs the vibration and heat for his back. Within the first month the heat went out. So I thought that, that kind of sucked because of how much it cost. After the second month the vibration quit working. Now it is just an uncomfortable recliner. I really thought it would last longer than just a few months.

Attractive as furniture and comfortable for sleeping

A little hard to assemble. Had to extend the foot rest in order to slot the sides into place. The remote that controls the heating and massage was missing from my order, but the seller was quick to respond and sent me a replacement quickly. Overall very comfy, and a nice addition to my living room!

This is a great chair especially for the price. Heat and massage work wonderfully. Grandma loves how comfortable it is, so much so she wants to sleep in it.
