Just bought this for my 6 month old grandson who lives at riley children's hospital and will till atleast a year old. The nurses and mom can't pat his back 24:7, and he throws fits when they don't. Cause of his condition he cannot get upset or he can die. Fish is cute, baby reaches for it, and while it works it's great. However only lasts for 45 to 60 min, then takes 2 hours to charge. So it helps but it's not amazing

Not a dog toy
My dog absolutely loved it!! With that being said, it’s definitely not for a dog, he had the mechanism inside destroyed within 5 minutes. 25lbs dog
