The charger seemed to work fine, for the short time I had it. However, it was confiscated at the Shanghai airport on a recent trip because it did not have the charging power printed on it. (at least not anywhere the security agent could find it) My other 2 portable chargers, by other manufacturers, were labeled properly and were OK with the security agent. Luckily it wasn't too expensive and fortunately I did have 2 other chargers with me. I would urge Pac2Go to print the charging power clearly on their products so others will not have the same problem I did. Also, for anyone who is traveling outside the US and particularly in China, you may want to look at other products for now.

After just 3 uses to charge the pac2go and then charge my phone it stopped working on both accounts. I was sure it was the charging cord that came with the product. I was so disappointed because I was so happy after I did a lot of research to finally find something with 5 stars from 30+ reviews. Well, I sent an email back to the company explaining my situation and they immediately sent me a replacement cord. I was surprised at such a quick and easy customer service experience. Thank you Roger and pac2go. This product is truly fantastic and meet all my needs.

Love this charger. Sadly lost the cable (within a week of receipt on a flight) that enabled me to charge different devices. Looking to see if I can order it separately, but can't find same one just yet. Still the device is awesome!**Update* company has amazing customer service and replaced my lost cable when they saw my comments here. I had already rated them 5 stars, but would rate them 10 stars if I could! Happy customer!

I bought two of these for a trip to New York based on the positive reviews. For both the items I purchased, the Apple Lighting adapter broke after being placed in the front pouch of a backpack. One broke within hours, the other lasted a day.________________________Follow up #1After my review, the owner of this company sent me two replacement lighting adapters and a nice note. I am really impressed that he took the time to take care of my problem. I will be testing the new adapters and will update again in a few weeks. Excellent customer service.

Sharing some info I wish I knew prior to purchasing this product. I like it's size & weight for travel. I don't like that it only charged my iPhone 6+ once and then the charger had to be recharged. Also thought it was a little slow to charge. When my phone was at 56% battery, I plugged this in, and it took 1 hour to get it to 100%. If that's okay with you, buy it. If you want a faster charge, this is not your device.

I am on my 2nd Pac2Go power charger. We'll be going on a family vacation and I wanted to make sure we were all set to go with extra charges should the need arise. My biggest compliment is about the customer service I have received in recent days. After receiving my 2nd charger, I noticed that the adapter that is needed to attach it to my iphone was missing. It's a tiny piece so easily overlooked. I called 'a number' and was surprised but delighted that Roger answered right away. He said he would send me an adapter right away, and he did. Unfortunately, that piece also went missing during transit. So, once again, I had to communicate with Roger about it (wondering if he'd believe me) - the story was a bit bizarre. Thankfully, he sent out another one right away, no questions asked. The product is already great but the customer service went above and beyond - and that is what I look for when giving my business to people.

I bought this as an emergency charger to carry in my tote-bag. I've ordered another one for my purse. It's lightweight so it won't be too heavy to carry around, and it comes with an amazing cable...a short length (I.E. also easy to carry) three-way cable...USB-C, Apple, and Micro-USB. You can get small chargers that have a higher capacity, but they're also heavier. This one seems like a good balance.This was an amazingly pleasant purchase experience, especially considering the relatively modest price of this charger. After ordering, I got a friendly EMail from the merchant thanking me and offering full support in case of questions or problems. I am impressed.

This is my go to Disney charger!! I like that its light and easily accessible. I was disappointed that the charging cable (which I also loved because I could trade off between my phone with the usb-c and my friends with the older USB charger.) Died when it absorbed some water. Argh! (It was inside a little earbud case but still died. Ziplock bags people!!) Love the charger though.
