Ok, let me start by saying that I am and always have been a big eater. And when I say big eater, I mean that I generally eat big portions when I have a meal. That has not changed. I started using G55 Green Coffee Bean Extract approximately 7 weeks ago. At that time I had just been to a doctors yearly appointment and had increased my weight to a crazy 243 pounds, and I'm only 5'8". So I decided I was going to change the way I was living my life. I've always been a big meat & potatos guy, but I radically changed my diet to eating exclusively chicken breats & fish with either broccoli, green beans, or spinich & tomatos as a side. I also eat a lot of avacado. And I'm not talking about small portions, I eat my fill of these foods. At the same time I gave up Starbucks, which had been a daily ritual for many years. Everything I like there has tons of fat & sugar in it. Even just regular coffee I need to put a lot of cream & sugar in to make it so I like it. I changed my liquid intake to only bottled water and tea with a sweetener called Stevia. I don't drink anything else anymore except a sip of grape juice here & there maybe twice a day, literally a sip. OK, maybe a big sip, but still a sip. No soda, no coffee with any fats or sugar. I've basically managed to cut out pretty much all fats and sugar out of my diet and I feel so much healthier and stronger. Then 6 weeks ago I was reading about this green coffee extract & decided to give it a try since some reasonably well known doctors had recommended it. In the first 3 weeks I dropped 20 pounds, seriously! This past few weeks have been slower but I'm still losing about 2 pounds a week. It hasn't been 2 months yet and I'm at 212 pounds. Now I don't know if it's the diet or the G55, but I've been losing weight. I haven't been starving or denying myself. I find I like tea more than coffee now & wouldn't go back to coffee. I have a cabinet full of delicious teas. I really like the Vanilla mixed with the caramel tea from Yogi. Anyhoo, I should add that even when I was at 243 and for a couple years before that I've been riding my bicycle 6 miles per workout 3 to 4 times a week, and that never stopped even when I got really really heavy. Thank G-D! I also recently added pushups & leg lifts/flutter kicks to my workout. I think it's a combination of all of these factors that have enabled me to lose this weight. I know I'm still way too heavy, but I feel great and my body is getting stronger every day. And even if it's just that the G55 is a mental thing, I'm not quiting it. Maybe I need that mental thing to keep me on this path. I've always backslid whenever I've dieted, but for the first time I don't feel any desire to eat those fatty or starchy foods or drinks anymore. I think it must have something to do with the G55. I've always hated supplements that have appetite suppressants in them that make you jittery like Guarana or other stuff like that. G55 doesn't do that at all! It just seems to help me help myself. I don't think it will do much good if you don't change your lifestyle along with it, which of course will make you wonder which is causing the weight loss. But when you've been as heavy as I've been for so long, and suddenly have control over your eating, rather than it controlling you, well, like I said, I don't care if it's just a mental thing, I'm not giving up my G55. I really think it's playing a big part in helping me change my life for the better & healthier!! Thank you G55! Now please try to lower the cost a little. $60 for a month supply is just too high for me to maintain long term. Maybe you could start a program for people who buy say 3 or more bottles at one time and reduce the cost to $20 per bottle. Everyone should be able to try this product, not just wealthy people. For the record, I make 12,000 a year and I live in San Diego. So $60 a month is hurting me and I won't be able to continue using your product much longer unless the price comes down in some way. Even if it means I need to buy 6 bottles at a time. Maybe for people who buy 6 bottles at a time you could lower the price to $17.50 per bottle. I would have given you 5 stars, but took away a star for the way too high cost of the product :)(Update on September 13th) ***I was sent an email by this company today informing me that they were offering a buy one, get one free offer which was only valid for 24 hours. Now if you could offer promotions like that on some kind of regular basis, that would bring the price down to a level where I could afford to continue using the product regularly. It is a good product, just priced a little beyond what the average worker in America can comfortably afford. In my humble opinion!

I purchased this item after Dr. Oz spoke about it on his show. I followed his recommendations of must have svetol & pure extract which are actually hard to find but I discovered them on Amazon being offered by Apercu Publishing I ordered one bottle to try didn't notice anything with the first bottle but kept trying you just can't lose weight that fast. I'm now on my 3rd bottle and as of today I lost 9 lbs. but I also have been watching my diet & started a gym & walking 2-3 times a week. I'm 53 yrs old and trying to lose weight at this age is not easy but I do believe this product as attributed to my weight loss since I tried walking & watching what I ate previously without losing 9lbs in such a short time. I'm not saying that this product will work on everyone but I can say it worked for me. I would give it a try but don't give up if the 1st bottle doesn't work it's not a miracle and you should watch what you eat & excerise. Let's face it there's no miracle pill that you can lose weight without it. I'm statisfied with the product & will continue to use & buy it & only this brand from this company there are alot of green coffee bean extract on the market since Dr. Oz's show but they are not what is recommended by him. I ordered this brand since Dr Oz mentioned looking for a brand that had Svetol as an ingredient. I googled "Green Coffee Bean Extract Svetol" and it showed this Amazon link for the product. I have been taking the pills/water faithfully for 2 weeks along with watching what i ate. I was actually shocked when i weighed last sunday and it showed i had gained 4 pounds since i started taking the pills. It does make you go to the bathroom a great deal but it did nothing for my weight. I had been on Weight Watchers until Dec 1 2012 and wanting to loose some extra pounds i had collected over the past couple of months without rejoining WW... Well i hope this helps some people. My body chemistry is just weird I guess.. I read somewhere where there was a money back guarantee on this product. I dont see it on the label. maybe someone can help me with that..If anyone has any info on the guarantee please reply to my post.. They have these at Walmart for 9.00 but they dont have the Svetol listed on them.. If anyone finds something else that may work please let me know.. I hate counting them POINTS!! Good Luck

My husband and I both tried it. He feels that it helped him and worked. I didn't think it helped at all. Therefore, I am willing to try it again, while focusing on what I eat and continuing to exercise. Also, I thought the price through Amazon was much more expensive than anywhere else. I can't be sure that I am comparing apples to apples as there are many different levels of purity and strength. I would like the company that sold this product to tell me why it is more expensive and better the the other products out there. I will try it again and re-evaluate then gladly give another review, hopefully a positive one!
