I wear this daily to show my illness Awareness (Endometriosis).I did misread it as the picture does show a pair but you do only get one. So just make sure you read the descriptions.

I wear this pin to remember the hostages that were taken on 7.10. Such a tragic situation. Bring them home now.

Good size and the backings seem sturdy as well. I wear them when I'm out and about and swap them out to honour different people in my life who have suffered different illnesses or situations. It was best for me to get multiple because they all have different meanings. Thank you.
