Very good quality product
I started taking the silica collagen around a 3-4 months ago. This is my second bottle of it and it’s amazing. It has help my joints tremendously. The joints in my fingers used to hurt a lot after doing any slight scrubbing or bending, but now I can actually wash my dishes without a problem. It also has help with my nails growing more stronger and definitely I can see a change in my skin texture. Will definitely purchase again.

I think it helps
My nails and hair grow faster and my joints seem less achey but I take other supplements so not sure what is doing what. The price is okay and there is no flavor and that is a good thing.
