I snagged a few of these, each one's base is a little different as to where the power cable goes, likely a patent workaround I'd imagine. Either way thought, you can see that as a benefit or an annoyance, personally I just set them to the corresponding sides of my desk, the plates would seem to be all inter changeable so you can still arrange the important bits the way you want hassle free, just mind the thumb prints. Color/light output is great, nice relatively smooth fade between colors or static. There is no brightness setting and the single button control can be sort of a pain to cycle through but honestly, the things that come with a tiny remote are almost more annoying to deal with for me anyway. All in all Good stuff, now to find one that's an X-wing!

At best, with the base, it's 6". You heard that correct, this is tiny. Since it's an Xmas present I hope it at least works. If not I will be returning and expecting a full refund.I need to leave a review for the seller now for false advertising they're product. Since irs China I think their conversion from metric to imperial is off.

I bought this for my son who was very excited about it, unfortunately the base never changes colors, even with pressing the button, it is always stuck on the red creepy looking light. Plus it comes with no remote. If you want to change the color or even turn it off I assume you would have to press the button to do so, however I wouldn’t know for sure because his is stuck on that one color light.

I like the light as it adds to our star wars shelf. I don't feel it has a 3D look at all it just looks like a flat acrylic light. That was a bit disappointing but after looking at the picture again it does look like the picture. My son likes the color changing mode.

Thought it would make a good gift. A couple of days later I asked my friend if he liked it. He said the led colors stopped working and a plain white light shining made it boring. He donated it to good will. Save your money and look elsewhere.

This was a big hit! Bought for my 14 yr old nephew for Christmas and he loved it! Changes color and is very detailed. It has a USB cord only though. No plug to place in a wall socket. Make sure you have an extra outlet plug for the cord.

This was a very nice looking nightlight. We purchased this around 3 months ago and it was obviously a cheaply made product but it worked, until now of course. The usb can no longer be connected because it broke from the inside. wish we could return it but its too late. Like others have said, you get what you pay for....

This was a gift, it appeared the receiver was very pleased

The plastic is thick and seems good quality. Was purchased for a friend and they liked it. Looks really cool in the dark.
