Nice Simple Mantle
This mantel is actually better than I expected. I had my contractor install it but it went up pretty fast and easy. It was sent with 2 screws to attach the cleat but my contractor used 3.I didn't want something terribly rustic; I wanted a more finished look and this was just right. I thought it turned out well.

Cracked but manufacturer sending replacement!
UPDATED: I have heard back that a new mantel is being sent to me. Hopefully, this is a one-off error with the previous one I received. I have changed my review to 4 stars since the customer service is great and the mantel is truly beautiful.**************************************************************Mantel is beautiful but falling apart after 1 month hanging on our wall. It is installed properly but literally coming apart at the seams. I have contacted the manufacturer for a replacement and I am waiting to hear back. I will update this review with response and outcome. For now, I don't recommend.

Lightweight and beautiful!
The wood and stain is perfect! Exactly as it is depicted in the photos and the weight of these made for easy install. We had purchased another brand from another company and they looked cheap. These are well crafted and exactly as expected. Great find!

I’m obsessed with my new mantle
This mantle was delivered quickly and packaged appropriately so no damage occurred. It is hollow and my handy man needed to trim a little off the edge to get it to fit. I love it and you can’t see where he trimmed. Gorgeous and the price wasn’t breaking the bank.

No mounting hardware
It did not come with mounting hardware. Did not come with instructions on what size screws to use when mounting over brick fireplace.
