This fonio was incredible. I got it for meal prep and it is SO quick to cook. I made it with veggies and tofu and it was so yummy. Super flavorful and very filling.

Cooks quickly and tastefully seasoned. I add vegetables to the water as it is boiling before adding the contents in the bag. I will buy again.

Grain is delicious, versatile with vegetables and proteins.

I guess I should have looked at the sodium content but this is just as salty as a lot of store-bought quick foods. Other than that it’s a bit like cous cous but drier. I’m not a fan except it has no gluten. I’d try fonio again but without the salt, do my own flavorings. I appreciate the concept but not in this format.

We ordered the variety pack and love all of them! This stuff is seriously good, and so quick and easy to make. The texture is addicting! Excellent quick and healthy meal...just throw in some chopped veggies and meat/tofu, and dinner is done in minutes. It’s also good cold, as a salad. Will definitely make this a staple in our house. Much better than rice.

I add this to my veggies where it soaks up the water from them after a quick 10-15 with the top on comes out nice and fluffy
