Naturevibe Botanicals Organic White Sorghum Grain, 2lbs | Keto Friendly (32 ounces)

The product was clean, well packaged, and best of all - organic. However, I'm having a less than satisfying experience cooking it. btw - I have experience cooking sorghum, so this is not a learning curve issue. I tried two different batches of popcorn, one using algae oil and one with coconut oil. The algae oil batch was a disaster - badly burned. So, I assumed it was the oil and tried again using the old standby, coconut oil. Same results, but not as burned. The grains burn before they pop using either oil. I have never had this happen with other brands. Instant Pot experience was similar - only half cooked after 20 minutes under high pressure. Again, I wish this had turned out better because it's the only organic brand I could find on Amazon.

This was a really gross surprise. I'm not sure if this is a quality control issue or if this is something to expect when ordering organic grains. Amazon customer service gave me the option to have a replacement sent or a refund. I went with burning my home down because the grains were totally infested with tiny beetles and if even one got loose I won't sleep ever again. I got footage of it and I ultimately decide not to put it up because at first I just saw the dead ones floating after it was rinsed. Then when I drained the water and they started to crawl up it made me nauseous to realized that those things that I saw floating weren't pieces of pant. Now my skin is crawling and every sensation makes me think it's them. Screw this.

Arrived in time just. We right away decided to use. We soaked the grains and in few seconds we saw worms swimming in the water and came up the surfaceThis item cannot be replaced or returned Hence please don’t buy and waste your money

DON’T BUY. IF YOU USE A MAGNIFYING GLASS, YOU’ll SEE 1000’s OF BLACK/BROWN BUGS W/LEGS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU SOAK IT. THEY RISE TO THE TOP.

I was so excited about trying to sorghum and we went to measure it out and it was crawling with live insects, disgusting!!!!!! When I went to return it there wasn’t an option to do so

I found bugs in mine. Wish I had realized earlier as I had used some. I also wish I had read other reviews as also found, if search "bugs". Dont know if this or other ingredient but very sick after.
