LED Face Mask Light Therapy, Bestqool LED Facial Skin Care Mask Red | NIR | Blue Light Therapy, Clinical Grade Facial Care Photon Mask for Skin Rejuvenation, Anti Aging Skin Tightening

I’ve been using this face mask for about five days, so for now I can only comment on its design, ease of use, etc. I’ll update in a few weeks about the results. I’ll try to be detailed here because I totally depend on Amazon reviews to make my choices about things I’m buying sight unseen, and so far I’m the first reviewer (in this case, I’ve already got other products from this company and trust them).The mask is really easy to use right out of the box; the power pack comes precharged so it’s ready to go. Everything is very solid and well made, and the mask is smooth on the inside as well as on the outside.The neck portion is my absolute favorite part of this mask. I’m at an age where my neck is… getting to be an issue, and it would seem kind of silly to treat just my face. Also, it has the unexpected but totally awesome benefit of making the mask easy to wear while lying on the couch watching TV. By propping up the bottom of the neck portion against the base of my neck to distribute the weight, I can wear the mask so comfortably I hardly notice it’s on. (In fact, I fell asleep with it on once, because it’s so easy to wear; thanks to the automatic timer, that was no problem.) Most of the other face masks I saw didn’t have that neck part; I wouldn’t even consider one without it now, for aesthetic and comfort reasons. The picture of me wearing it was taken hands-free and there still wasn’t much pressure on my nose and ears, that’s how much support the neck part provides when you’re semi-reclining.I really, really like the way that the mask can be used anywhere instead of having to be near a power outlet; the power comes from the rechargeable battery pack, so it’s super convenient.I hadn’t expected to care one way or the other about the blue LEDs (using them is optional), because I’m at an age when I finally don’t have to worry about acne; however, they turned out to be beneficial. I had a little skin irritation from makeup or face lotion or something near my eye and after I used the blue light it didn’t look pink or feel sensitive any more. I can’t speak to how big a difference it would make to anything more than a little sensitivity, but it did have an effect on that minor irritation, so I would guess it would at least be beneficial.While I wouldn’t wear this mask to watch a movie where the visual effects really matter, visibility through the eye slit is pretty good. It’s definitely fine for watching the news, or a movie that’s more dialogue or plot driven. I think reading with it on might not be ideal because you’d have to hold the book up at eye level, and if you have to wear reading glasses there is already a pair of glasses built in to keep the mask on your face, so that wouldn’t work.It seems as though most face masks have holes for the nose and mouth; I don’t miss them at all. It’s totally easy to breathe with this mask on; I can’t really measure the distance between the mask and my skin but it’s probably a couple of inches.TL; DR: This face mask is very well made and very comfortable to wear and use. Love love love the neck portion in particular!Edited to add: I've been using this mask for roughly a month and I actually can feel more firmness in my skin. I'd been noticing in the past year that the skin on my cheeks was starting to feel a little loose and soft--kind of like I remember my grandmother's skin when I would kiss her cheek--and there's a noticeable difference now. I'd say it's a few years' worth at least. Woo hoo!Another update: Oh my gosh. My daughter noticed the difference when she came home from school! I hadn't mentioned the mask, she hadn't seen it sitting around or seen me use it... out of the blue she asked whether I'd been using new skin care because my skin looked better!And I really do feel my skin is tighter. When I stretch the back of my neck by putting my chin to my chest, I used to feel kind of a pad of loose skin under my chin. It's gone! It's probably a tiny difference in terms of actual measurements, but it is very real in terms of the difference in how much tighter the skin feels.I'm usually kind of a skeptic about unusual-seeming beauty products but this honestly is making a difference. I'm not going to get carded when I buy beer or anything, but red light genuinely has taken several years off my skin.

I absolutely love my Bestqool LED mask for so many reasons! I searched the different LED masks, read articles, and even considered the most highly recommended one before making my decision. I'm so glad I chose Bestqool for the following reasons:* FDA class II cleared certificate.* Within the effective wavelength spectrum for Near Infrared, Red and Blue lights.* Lights are between the mouth and nose, unlike most others that have openings.* Lights also cover neck and upper chest.* Lightweight and very comfortable.* Perfect openings on the neck for a strap or other material to go above the head for added comfort. Could be tied in a bow. (See pic's)* Ability to walk around unplugged.* Perfect eye shield for safety. Able to see phone, TV and walk throughout the house.* Able to use on hands, both at the same time. Haven't tried, but I imagine it could be used on the head for hair growth.* Simple and easy set up and use.* Fantastic price for all it offers.* Helpful and great reviews.* Outstanding customer service! I used the number to text my questions and received prompt, helpful, friendly replies.* Arrived quickly and was packaged very well. * Helpful, user friendly manual.* Free and convenient return, but I'm not seeing that happen. :)I'll probably come up with more reasons, but that's all for now. I happened to have a strip of material with Velcro that I threaded through the openings and connected on my head to hold it in place while I'm sitting up or walking. Looks cool too. (Pic's) As far as results, I've had it only a few days, but I'm extremely pleased! I added hyaluronic acid, collagen and other skincare products after each light therapy, so it will be hard to know what helps, but I'm happy to have this LED mask to add to my skincare regime. I could have spent 3x as much and not know if it would make a difference. True, the closer the lights are to the skin the better, but who knows exactly how much difference it would make. For me, the pros definitely outweigh the cons. Have to say that while my expectations are low, my cheeks looks smoother and my skin feels just a little tighter when I smile. I'm using two modes in the evening and one in the morning. It's more than necessary, but I might as well since I have time. Maybe it's my new potions, my new mask or my imagination, but I think this Bestqool mask is awesome either way!Carol, regular customer, 7/19/21Update 8/5/21: Still love this LED mask! I had the neck too low, so raised it and now I'm happy to say my neck and the lower half of my face is much closer and even touches the mask under my mouth. As far as results, I recently added Tretinoin and other things, so I'm not sure what's making my skin look a little smoother and maybe tighter, but I'm happy to use it every day!Update January, 2022: Still love my Bestqool mask for all the same reasons! I use it every other morning, alternating with Nuface. Have had no problems. I don't use my strap because it sits comfortably as it is. It's still 5 stars for me! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I have purchased two of these masks and used this treatment every day. There is no doubt that this product helps one’s appearance at least temporarily and that the treatment must be renewed. However, there is a serious design/engineering flaw in the glasses and nosepiece which prevents a recommendation.The glasses break easily en by a malicious person. The remaining edges on the glasses or nosepiece harmfully and painfully gouge into the skin with a sharp piece. The sharp piece in the nosepiece can actually cause a temporary vericose vein at the inner eye and the broken edges of the broken glasses dig into the skin. I actually wondered if a sadistic person engineered the glasses and attachment assembly.Replacement glasses need to be available for reorder and the nosepiece needs to be completely rubberized due to the sharp edges of the plastic which the current nosepiece slips on to. It’s a real shame to report these hurtful flaws in a product that initiatially was a pleasure and appearance improving product to use; but I honestly feel this face mask should be taken off the market due to breakage hazards. Breakage of course happens after the warranty expired. I still use this, (the lights last) with no supporting attachment, but this is not what I purchased and will look for another brand. I think it’s a shame to place on the market a product that hurts a woman and disfigures her in the post warranty period.

So I thought I would give this a fair go to work but I really can't see any difference in my face disappointed as I received this for Christmas from my other half thinking that the higher priced one would be more affective

It was nice to use, only if it stayed on! I can see some results like skin is less red. Then the controller had charging issues and just before a month is up, the controller is damaged and the device can't be turned on.
